背景
Claims (20)
- ケースと、
巻線端部を含むステータと、
ロータ軸受を介して前記ケースに連結されるロータであって、
内壁、外壁、第1の遠位端、および第2の遠位端を有する、中空円筒体、
前記中空円筒体の前記第1の遠位端に連結される第1のシャフト部分、
前記中空円筒体の前記第2の遠位端に連結される第2のシャフト部分であって、前記第2のシャフト部分が、流体受入れ端および流体供給端を有する、それと共に形成される流体供給管を含み、前記流体供給端が前記中空円筒体の中央内側部分まで延在する、第2のシャフト部分、ならびに
前記ロータが回転している場合に前記ステータの少なくとも前記巻線端部上に流体を噴霧するように構成される前記中空円筒体の前記第1の遠位端および前記第2の遠位端に隣接する複数の流体出口ポートを備えるロータと、を備える、電動機。 - 前記流体を前記流体供給管の前記流体受入れ端部に圧送するように構成される駆動モータ流体ポンプと、流体リザーバとをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記流体供給管の前記流体供給端が、前記第2のシャフト部分に形成され、前記中空円筒体の前記内壁に流体を噴霧するように構成される複数の流体噴霧口を備える、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記中空円筒体の前記外壁に連結され、複数の永久磁石を含む円筒形積層スタックをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記中空円筒体の前記中央内側部分から前記複数の流体出口ポートまでの距離が、ロータ冷却を支援するように特定の流体膜厚に基づいている、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 駆動モータ流体ポンプ出口および駆動モータ流体ポンプ入口を有する駆動モータ流体ポンプと、
前記駆動モータ流体ポンプ出口と前記第2のシャフト部分の前記流体受入れ端との間に連結される出力部分、ならびに
前記ケース上の流体収集点と前記駆動モータ流体ポンプ入口との間に連結される入力部分
を有する、流体循環配管と、
駆動モータ流体ポンプ電子機器と
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 前記流体を冷却するように構成されるラジエータをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 前記駆動モータ流体ポンプと前記ラジエータとの間に連結される熱交換器をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の電動機。
- 巻線端部を有するステータと共に使用するためのロータであって、
内壁、外壁、第1の遠位端、および第2の遠位端を有する中空円筒体と、
前記中空円筒体の前記第1の遠位端に連結される第1のシャフト部分と、
前記中空円筒体の前記第2の遠位端に連結される第2のシャフト部分であって、第2のシャフト部分が流体受入れ端および流体供給端を有する、それと共に形成される流体供給管を含み、前記流体供給端が前記中空円筒体の中央内側部分まで延在する、第2のシャフト部分と、
前記ロータが回転している場合に少なくとも前記ステータの前記巻線端部上に流体を噴霧するように構成される前記中空円筒体の前記第1の遠位端および前記第2の遠位端に隣接する複数の流体出口ポートと、を備える、ロータ。 - 前記ロータを前記ステータに回転可能に連結するロータ軸受をさらに備える、請求項9に記載のロータ。
- 前記流体供給管の前記流体供給端が、前記第2のシャフト部分に形成され、前記内壁に流体を噴霧するように構成される複数の流体噴霧口を備える、請求項9に記載のロータ。
- 前記中空円筒体の前記外壁に連結され、複数の永久磁石を含む円筒形積層スタックをさらに備える、請求項9に記載のロータ。
- 前記中空円筒形体の前記中央内側部分から前記複数の流体出口ポートまでの距離が、ロータ冷却を支援するように特定の流体膜厚に基づいている、請求項9に記載のロータ。
- 電動機を運転する方法であって、
前記ロータの回転軸に沿って方向づけられる流体供給管を介してロータの中空円筒体内に流体を圧送するステップと、
前記流体供給管の複数の流体出口ポートから前記ロータの前記中空円筒体の内壁に前記流体を噴霧するステップであって、前記ロータが回転している間に前記流体が前記中空円筒体の遠位端に隣接して配置される流体出口ポートに向かって中央部分から前記中空円筒体の前記内壁に沿ってさらに流れるステップと、
前記ロータが回転している間に前記流体出口ポートから前記電動機のステータの少なくとも巻線端部に前記流体を噴霧するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記複数の流体出口ポートから前記中空円筒体の前記内壁に前記流体を噴霧するステップが、前記中空円筒体の前記内壁の中央部分に前記流体を噴霧するステップを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記中空円筒体の前記中央内側部分から前記複数の流体出口ポートまでの距離が、ロータ冷却を支援するように特定の流体膜厚に基づいている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記電動機から熱交換器へ前記流体を循環させるステップと、
前記熱交換器によって前記流体を冷却するステップと、
前記熱交換器から前記電動機に前記流体を循環させるステップと
をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - ラジエータと前記熱交換器との間に冷却液を循環させるステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器と電池との間に前記冷却液を循環させるステップをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記ロータの温度に基づいて前記流体の流れを調整するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
