Abstract
Description
以下の出発原料を使用した:
ポリオール1:アニオン重合によって製造され、もっぱら第1級OH基による1.9の官能価および53.8のOH価を有するポリブタジエンポリオール
ポリオール2:フリーラジカル重合によって製造され、もっぱら第1級OH基による2.4の官能価および52.5のOH価を有するポリブタジエンポリオール
ポリオール3:30質量%のポリカプロラクトンでキャップされた、ポリオール1から製造されたポリオール
ポリオール4:30質量%のポリカプロラクトンでキャップされた、ポリオール2から製造されたポリオール
ポリオール5:55.8のOH価、およびもっぱら第1級OH基を有する、ポリエーテルポリオール(テトラメチレンオキシドをベースとする、官能価:2)
イソシアネート1:芳香族イソシアネート(ジフェニルメタン4,4’−ジイソシアネート)
イソシアネート2:MDIおよびポリプロピレングリコールをベースとする芳香族イソシアネートプレポリマーならびにカルボジイミド改質MDIの混合物、NCO含有率およそ26質量%
連鎖延長剤1(KV1):1,4−ブタンジオール
連鎖延長剤2(KV2):1,5−ペンタンジオール
連鎖延長剤3(KV3):1,6−ヘキサンジオール
連鎖延長剤4(KV4):グリセロール
連鎖移動剤1(KR1):1−オクタノール
消泡剤:Dow Corning製Xiameter消泡剤
触媒:金属触媒
ゴム1:天然ゴム(Neorub 340 P(登録商標)、Weber & Schaerから市販されている)
ゴム2:ニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(Perbunan NT 3445、Lanxessから市販されている)
ゴム3:スチレン−ブタジエンゴム(Buna(登録商標)SBR 1500、Trinseoから市販されている)
充填剤1:硫黄含有オルガノシランで改質された沈殿シリカ
添加剤1:立体障害型フェノール
添加剤2:立体障害型フェノール
加硫組成物1(VZ1):硫黄
加硫組成物2(VZ2):N−シクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド(80%)
加硫組成物3(VZ3):酸化亜鉛
ゴム配合物1(KF1):スチレン−ブタジエンゴム、天然ゴム、カーボンブラック、シリケート、硫黄含有オルガノシラン、VZ1、VZ2、VZ3をベースとする典型的なゴム配合物
2733g(1.242mol)のポリオール1を、5lスチール反応器中、減圧下、100℃で3時間乾燥し、1179g(10.35mol)の蒸留ε−カプロラクトンを窒素下で添加した。構成成分を、250rpm、120℃で撹拌することによって均質に混合した後、430lのチタンテトラブトキシド溶液(15ppmのチタン、トルエン中50体積%)を添加し、反応器を閉じた。120℃で4時間撹拌した後、生成物を取り出した。
1367g(506.4mmol)のポリオール2を、5lスチール反応器中、減圧下、100℃で3時間乾燥し、462.7g(4.059mol)の蒸留ε−カプロラクトンを窒素下で添加した。構成成分を、250rpm、150℃で撹拌することによって均質に混合した後、840μlのチタンテトラブトキシド溶液(15ppmのチタン、トルエン中10体積%)を添加し、反応器を閉じた。150℃で4時間撹拌した後、生成物を取り出した。
ポリオール3および4のヒドロキシル価(OH価)を、DIN53240 2に従って決定した。これを表1に示す。ポリオールについてのOH価のわずかに異なる値が、ε−カプロラクトンとのポリオール1または2の異なる反応バッチから得られた。
熱可塑性ポリウレタンを、反応ベッセル中で撹拌することによって、表1のデータに対応するポリカプロラクトンキャップされたポリブタジエンジオールを用いて、ジフェニルメタン4,4−ジイソシアネート、連鎖延長剤である1,6−ヘキサンジオールから合成した。反応温度が80℃に達した後、溶液を125℃で加熱したホットプレート上にそそぎ、得られたTPUプレートを熱処理(80℃、15時間)後、粒状にした。
表3に示すように、ポリオール構成成分の出発原料を加熱し、50℃で約30分間混合し、続いてジクミルペルオキシドを、本発明による実施例のポリオール構成成分に添加し、イソシアネートとともに1分間混合した。混合物を、2、6および10mmの深さを有する段差金型(step mold)にそそぎ、50℃に加熱し、プラスチック棒によって平らに打ち抜いた。30分後、既に固体であったエラストマーを金型から取り出した。室温で約18時間の貯蔵の後、プレートを160℃で30分間貯蔵した。その後、プレートを80℃でさらに2時間加熱した。特徴付けの前に、ポリウレタンエラストマーを、23℃、50%大気湿度で少なくとも7日間貯蔵した。
製造
表3の組成物に対応するそれぞれのTPUをゴムと一緒に、200g実験室混練機中、180℃、1分当たり50回転で10分間混合した。その後、ブレンドを室温で少なくとも24時間貯蔵した。
実験室ロールミルでの製造例
TPU3を130℃で実験室ロールミル上に伸ばして、マットを得た。その後、表4(実施例7)のデータに対応する加硫添加剤を、添加した。その後、得られたロールシートを、室温で3〜12時間貯蔵した。
蒸気加熱加硫プレスにおいて、TPVまたはTPV/ゴムを、厚さ1.8〜2mmの15cm×15cmのスチールフレームに入れ、100bar、150〜170℃で10〜25分間、加硫計によって決定された加硫挙動に従って、加硫した。
実験室ロールミルにおいて、TPUまたはTPU/ゴムブレンドを、表4〜9のデータに従う加硫促進系を用いて80〜130℃で混合し、伸ばして3〜4mm厚のマットを得た。
PUおよびゴムからなる2つの個別の層を、プレス中、それらの平面の全長さにわたって加硫した(試験プレートに対応する)。2cmのMylarフィルムを、長手側にそって2つの層間に配置し、試料を、それらが後で機械によって引っ張られる位置で分けた。試験プレートを、20mm幅の片に切って、合計5つの試験片を得た。
とりわけ、以下の測定方法を材料の特徴付けに利用することができる:DSC、DMA、TMA、NMR、FT−IR、GPC。

Claims (14)
- a)ポリイソシアネートを、
b)イソシアネート基に対して反応性である平均で少なくとも1.5個の水素原子を有する高分子化合物であって、
b1)イソシアネートに対して反応性である平均で少なくとも1.5個の水素原子を有する少なくとも1種のジエンブロックコポリマーであり、ポリジエン主鎖、ならびにポリエーテルおよび/またはポリエステルで構成される少なくとも1つの側鎖または末端鎖を有し、ポリジエン主鎖の質量による割合が、ジエンブロックコポリマーb1)の総質量に対して25〜95質量%である、ジエンブロックコポリマー、ならびに
b2)任意に、イソシアネートに対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有するさらなる高分子化合物
を含む、高分子化合物、
c)任意に触媒、
d)任意に加硫剤、
e)任意に連鎖延長剤、連鎖移動剤および/または架橋剤、
f)任意に発泡剤、
g)任意に助剤および/または添加剤、
h)任意にゴム
と混合して反応混合物を生成し、混合物を硬化させて架橋性ポリウレタンを生成し、ジエンブロックコポリマーb1)の二重結合を架橋させる
方法であって、ジエンブロックコポリマーb1)の二重結合を架橋を硫黄含有加硫剤によって、もしくは過酸化物含有加硫剤(d)によって、および/または高エネルギー放射線の照射によって行う、方法によって得ることができる、架橋ポリウレタン。 - ジエンブロックコポリマーb1)の二重結合の架橋が、硫黄含有加硫剤によって、または過酸化物含有加硫剤によって起こり、加硫剤が、ポリウレタンの製造後にのみ添加される、請求項1に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- 対称性ジイソシアネートが、ポリイソシアネートとして使用される、請求項1または2に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- ポリブタジエノールおよび環式エステルの反応生成物が、イソシアネートに対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有するジエンブロックコポリマーb1)として使用される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- イソシアネートに対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有するジエンブロックコポリマーb1)が、500〜20000g/molの数平均分子量および1.8〜5.0の平均OH官能価を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- イソシアネートに対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有するジエンブロックコポリマーb1)が、ジエンブロックコポリマー中のOH基の含有量に対して、少なくとも50%の第1級OH基を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- 連鎖延長剤および/または架橋剤d)が、エチレングリコール、1,2−プロパンジオール、1,3−プロパンジオール、2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,5−ペンタンジオール、1,6−ヘキサンジオール、ジエチレングリコール、グリセロール、トリメチロールプロパン、エトキシル化および/またはプロポキシル化グリセロール、エトキシル化および/またはプロポキシル化トリメチロールプロパン、ジプロピレングリコール、ビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ヒドロキノン、ならびにこれらのうちから2種以上の構成成分の混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- 助剤および添加剤が、表面改質され得るシリケートを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- ポリウレタンの製造が、90〜110のイソシアネート指数で実施される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタン。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタンおよびゴムを含む、複合材。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタンおよびゴムのブレンド。
- 請求項10に記載の複合材を製造する方法であって、架橋性ポリウレタンおよびゴムを、接触させ、架橋させる、方法。
- タイヤもしくはタイヤ部品、ケーブル外装、靴底、ローラーまたはホースとして、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタンを使用する方法。
- 発泡フィルム、発泡成形品または発泡粒子およびそれらから得ることができる粒子フォームを製造するための、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の架橋ポリウレタンを使用する方法。
