Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um poliuretano reticulado obtenível por um processo em que (a) poliisocianatos são misturados com (b) compostos poliméricos tendo pelo menos dois átomos de hidrogênio que são reativos em relação a grupos isocianato e compreendendo (b1) pelo menos um copolímero em bloco de dieno que tem pelo menos dois átomos de hidrogênio que são reativos ao isocianato e têm uma cadeia principal de polidieno e pelo menos uma cadeia lateral ou cadeia terminal composta por um poliéter e / ou poliéster, em que a razão em peso da cadeia principal de polidieno se baseia na peso total do copolímero em bloco dieno b1), de 25 a 95% em peso, e opcionalmente (b2) outros compostos poliméricos tendo pelo menos dois átomos de hidrogênio que são reativos ao isocianato, opcionalmente (c) catalisador, opcionalmente (d) agentes de vulcanização opcionalmente (e) extensores de cadeia e / ou agentes de reticulação, opcionalmente (f) agente de expansão e opcionalmente (g) auxiliares e / ou aditivos para produzir uma mistura de reação, a mistura é curada para produzir o poliuretano que pode ser ligado e as ligações duplas do copolímero em bloco de dieno (b1) são reticuladas. a presente invenção refere-se ainda a compósitos e misturas compósitas de poliuretano reticulado e borracha e também ao uso de poliuretano reticulado como pneus ou partes de pneus, como revestimento de cabos, sola de sapato, rolo ou mangueira.
