Abstract

COMPOSIçõES DE BORRACHA DE BUTILA CURADAS COM PERóXIDO E UM PROCESSO PARA FAZER COMPOSIçõES DE BORRACHA DE BUTILA CURADAS COM PERóXIDO. A presente invenção é direcionada a uma composição de borracha curada com peróxido contendo um polímero de borracha de butila não ligado de forma cruzada ou significativamente não ligado de forma cruzada (< 10% em peso de gel), um agente de ligação cruzada de multiolefina, um agente de cura com peróxido e pelo menos um preenchimento. A presente invenção também é direcionada a um processo para preparar uma composição de borracha curada com peróxido a qual inclui a mistura de uma borracha de butila não ligada de forma cruzada ou significativamente não ligada de forma cruzada com um agente de ligação cruzada de multiolefina, pelo menos um preenchimento e um agente de cura com peróxido, em que o processo não inclui a adição de agentes de cura que não sejam peróxidos, tais como enxofre, quinóides, resinas e doadores de enxofre.
