Abstract

um processo para fazer uma composição de resina curável compreendendo as etapas de: (1) reagir a) um isocianato; e b) uma mistura de poliol com uma distribuição bimodal de i) uma primeira mistura de poliol compreendendo polióis tendo um peso equivalente médio de 50 a 400; e ii) uma segunda mistura de poliol compreendendo polióis tendo um peso equivalente médio de 1.000 a 5.000 para formar um pré-polímero de uretano; e (2) adicionar um agente de capeamento ao pré-polímero de uretano para formar a composição de resina curável.
