Claims (32)
- カソードと、
アノードと、
上記カソードおよびアノードの間のセパレータと、
溶媒とリチウム塩と1種類以上の添加剤とを含有する電解質と、
を備え、
上記1種類以上の添加剤は、ビニレンカーボネート(VC)、ビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)、ハイドロフルオロエーテルエチレンカーボネート(HFEEC)、ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)、ハイドロフルオロエーテル(HFE)、ハイドロフルオロエーテル分岐環状カーボネート、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、上記電解質は、上記1種類以上の添加剤それぞれを約0.5重量%〜約5重量%含有するリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記溶媒は、1種類以上のカーボネートを含む
請求項1に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記1種類以上のカーボネートは、EC(エチレンカーボネート)、PC(プロピレンカーボネート)、DEC(ジエチルカーボネート)、DMC(ジメチルカーボネート)、EMC(エチルメチルカーボネート)、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される

請求項3に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記溶媒は、体積比が約3:1:4のEC/PC/DEC、体積比が約1:1:1:1のEC/DEC/DMC/EB、体積比が約3:7のEC/EMC、体積比が約1:1:8のEC/EMC/MP、体積比が約1:1:1:2のEC/DEC/DMC/EMC、または体積比が約1:1:1のEC/DMC/EBを含む
請求項4に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記溶媒は、MP(プロピオン酸メチル)、EB(酪酸エチル)、MB(酪酸メチル)、EA(酢酸エチル)、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるエステルを含む
請求項1に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記リチウム塩はLiPF6である
請求項1に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記LiPF6は上記電解質に約0.8〜1.4Mの濃度で存在する
請求項7に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記LiPF6は上記電解質に約0.6〜0.95Mの濃度で存在する。

アノードと、
上記カソードと上記アノードとの間のセパレータと、
溶媒とリチウム塩と1種類以上の添加剤とを含有する電解質と、
を備え、
上記1種類以上の添加剤は、アノードパッシベーション膜形成剤、カソード保護剤および過充電保護剤、電解質安定剤、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、上記電解質は、上記1種類以上の添加剤それぞれを約0.5重量%〜約5重量%含有する
リチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤は、ビニレンカーボネート(VC)、ビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)、ハイドロフルオロエーテルエチレンカーボネート(HFEEC)、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるアノードパッシベーション膜形成剤である
請求項10に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤はビニレンカーボネート(VC)である
請求項11に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤はビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)である
請求項11に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤はフルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)である
請求項11に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤は、ハイドロフルオロエーテルエチレンカーボネート(HFEEC)である
請求項11に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤は、ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)、ハイドロフルオロエーテル(HFE)、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるカソード保護剤および過充電保護剤である
請求項10に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤はジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)である
請求項16に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤は、ハイドロフルオロエーテル(HFE)である
請求項16に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記添加剤はフルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)から選択される電解質安定剤である
請求項10に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記溶媒は、EC(エチレンカーボネート)、PC(プロピレンカーボネート)、DEC(ジエチルカーボネート)、DMC(ジメチルカーボネート)、EMC(エチルメチルカーボネート)およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される1種類以上のカーボネートを含む
請求項10に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記リチウム塩はLiPF6である
請求項10に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - 上記アノードは、乾燥粒子混合物から形成された自立型乾燥粒子電極である
請求項10に記載のリチウムイオンキャパシタ。 - カソードを設ける工程と、
アノードを設ける工程と、
上記カソードおよび上記アノードの間にセパレータを配置する工程と、
上記カソード、上記アノードおよび上記セパレータをハウジングに挿入する工程と、
電解質を上記ハウジングに加え、該電解質を上記カソードおよび上記アノードに接触させる工程とを含み、
上記電解質は、溶媒、リチウム塩、および1種類以上の添加剤を含有し、上記1種類以上の添加剤は、アノードパッシベーション膜形成剤と、カソード保護剤および過充電保護剤と、電解質安定剤と、これらの組み合わせとからなる群から選択され、上記電解質は上記1種類以上の添加剤それぞれを約0.5重量%〜約5重量%含有する
