Claims (5)
- 配管に設置されるゲートバルブにおいて、
内部に遮断空間が形成され、前記遮断空間と連通するように一対のフランジ管が形成され、上部には前記遮断空間を閉鎖するようにカバーが締結されたバルブ本体と、
前記遮断空間に昇降するように配置され、上面に内部に昇降ナットを有する締結孔が形成されたディスクと、
前記カバーに設置されて前記ディスクを昇降させる作動棒とで構成され、
前記カバーには貫通するように挿入口が形成され、前記挿入口には前記作動棒が回転するように設置され、
前記バルブ本体には前記ディスクを支持、固定させるように固定手段が設けられ、
前記ディスクには前記固定手段によって加圧固定されるように両側面または前後面に上部傾斜面と下部傾斜面とが設けられた嵌め込み溝が更に形成されたことを特徴とするディスク交換構造を備えるゲートバルブ。 - 前記ディスクには前記固定手段によって加圧固定されるように上部両側に支持傾斜面が更に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスク交換構造を備えるゲートバルブ。
- 前記遮断空間の上側には内側に突出するように段差部が更に形成され、
前記ディスクの上部には前記段差部を加圧して前記遮断空間の気密性を維持させる気密突部が更に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスク交換構造を備えるゲートバルブ。 - 前記昇降ナットは前記締結孔の上部に配置され、前記昇降ナットにねじ締結される前記作動棒の正転によって前記ディスクが上方に移動しつつ、前記フランジ管を開放すると同時に前記作動棒は前記締結孔の下部に引き込み、前記作動棒が逆転すると、前記フランジ管を閉鎖しつつ前記ディスクが下方に移動するようになることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスク交換構造を備えるゲートバルブ。
- 前記固定手段は前記バルブ本体に斜線方向ないし水平方向に形成され、前記遮断空間と連通するように形成される一対の締結口と、前記締結口に嵌め込み固定され、内周縁にねじ部の形成された固定管と、前記固定管にねじ締結して回転によって前記ディスクを加圧する加圧棒からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスク交換構造を備えるゲートバルブ。
