Abstract
一种二步开关式闸阀,涉及阀门技术领域,所解决的是现有闸阀在高压力不能轻松开闭阀门的技术问题。该闸阀包括阀体、阀杆、阀座,及在阀座上的能上下滑动的两块闸板,两块闸板相互固定,两块闸板之间插置有一能上下滑动的封板,封板及两块闸板上均开设有泄压孔,所述阀杆与封板固接;所述闸板上装有限位销,封板上开设有限位凹槽;在闸阀开关时,利用泄压孔进行泄压,使阀体进口端与出口端的压差减小。本发明提供的闸阀,能轻松的实现开闭。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术,特别是涉及一种二步开关式闸阀的技术。
背景技术
普通闸阀在开关时进口端与出口端存在一定的压差,在高压力环境下压差更大。目前闸阀分为楔式闸阀或平行式闸阀,无论采用楔式闸板还是平行式闸板,都无法改变介质进出口端的压差,减小闸板开启或关闭所需的驱动力。
普通阀门在开关时,进口端与出口端存在一定的压差,低压时,由于压差小,开启和关闭闸板所需驱动力小,但在高压环境下,压差变大,阀门的开启或关闭所需的驱动力就很大,打开或关闭闸板就非常困难。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种开启及关闭所需驱动力小,从而能轻松开闭的二步开关式闸阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种二步开关式闸阀,包括阀体、阀杆,所述阀体是一管体,阀体的内壁固定有阀座,阀座上装有能沿阀体的径向上下滑动的用于控制阀体管腔通断的闸板,闸板在阀体轴向上的位置固定;
其特征在于:所述闸板有两块,该两块闸板平行间隔布设并相互固定,两块闸板之间插置有一能沿阀体的径向上下滑动的封板,封板及两块闸板上均开设有泄压孔,所述阀杆布设在阀体内部,并与封板固接;
所述闸板上开设有多个限位孔,各限位孔内均装有限位销,及用于驱使限位销朝向封板方向移动的限位弹簧,所述封板上开设有多个限位凹槽;
所述封板能向下滑动至一个封闭工位,并能向上滑动至一个泄压工位,所述闸板能向下滑动至一个全关工位,并能向上滑动至一个全开工位;
所述封板滑动至封闭工位时,封板封盖住两块闸板上的泄压孔,且各限位销与各限位凹槽错开;
所述封板滑动至泄压工位时,封板上的泄压孔与两块闸板上的泄压孔同时正对,且各限位销分别卡入各限位凹槽;
所述闸板滑动至全关工位且封板滑动至封闭工位时,闸板与封板将阀体的管腔阻断,且闸板上的泄压孔位于阀体管腔内;
所述闸板滑动至全开工位时,阀体的管腔导通。
本发明提供的二步开关式闸阀,在闸板及封板上设计有泄压孔,通过封板与闸板之间的动作时间差实现泄压,从而能减小阀体进口端和出口端的压差,进而减小了闸板开闭所需的驱动力,使得闸阀在高压力下也能轻松开闭。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围,本发明中的顿号均表示和的关系。
如图1-图4所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种二步开关式闸阀,包括阀体1、阀杆3,所述阀体1是一管体,阀体1的内壁固定有阀座2,阀座2上装有能沿阀体的径向上下滑动的用于控制阀体管腔通断的闸板4,闸板4在阀体轴向上的位置固定;
其特征在于:所述闸板4有两块,该两块闸板4平行间隔布设并相互固定,两块闸板4之间插置有一能沿阀体的径向上下滑动的封板5,封板5上开设有泄压孔51,两块闸板4上均开设有泄压孔41,所述阀杆3布设在阀体内部,并与封板5固接;
所述闸板4上开设有多个限位孔42,各限位孔42内均装有限位销,及用于驱使限位销朝向封板5方向移动的限位弹簧,所述封板5上开设有多个限位凹槽52;
所述封板5能向下滑动至一个封闭工位,并能向上滑动至一个泄压工位,所述闸板4能向下滑动至一个全关工位,并能向上滑动至一个全开工位;
所述封板5滑动至封闭工位时,封板5封盖住两块闸板4上的泄压孔41,且各限位销与各限位凹槽错开;
所述封板5滑动至泄压工位时,封板5上的泄压孔51与两块闸板4上的泄压孔41同时正对,且各限位销分别卡入各限位凹槽;
所述闸板4滑动至全关工位且封板5滑动至封闭工位时,闸板4与封板5将阀体的管腔阻断,且闸板4上的泄压孔41位于阀体管腔内;
所述闸板4滑动至全开工位时,阀体的管腔导通。
本发明实施例的工作原理如下:
闸阀处于关闭状态时,闸板滑动至全关工位且封板滑动至封闭工位,此时若需要开启闸阀,则通过阀杆带动封板向上滑动,此时两块闸板不会随封板滑动,封板在向上滑动过程中,封板上的泄压孔会与闸板上的泄压孔相交且相交面积会逐渐扩大,使得阀体内的介质可以通过泄压孔泄压,使得阀体进口端与出口端的压差减小,当封板滑动至泄压工位时,封板上的泄压孔与两块闸板上的泄压孔同时正对,泄压孔的通流面积达到最大,此时各限位销也分别卡入各限位凹槽,使得两块闸板与封板同步向上滑动开启,阀体管腔的通流面积也随之逐步扩大,闸板滑动至全开工位时,阀体管腔的通流面积达到最大,此时闸阀处于全开状态;
闸阀处于全开状态时,闸板滑动至全开工位且封板滑动至泄压工位,此时若需要关闭闸阀,则通过阀杆带动封板向下滑动,此时在限位销与限位凹槽的卡槽配合下,两块闸板会随封板同步向下滑动,阀体管腔的通流面积也随之逐步减小,闸板滑动至全关工位后,阀体内的介质通过泄压孔继续泄压,此时阀杆带动封板继续向下滑动,在封板的压迫下,各限位销克服弹簧的弹力从各限位凹槽中脱出,此时随着封板的向下滑动,封板上的泄压孔与闸板上的泄压孔的相交面积会逐渐减小,泄压孔的通流面积也随之逐步减小,当封板滑动至封闭工位时,封板上的泄压孔与两块闸板上的泄压孔错开,此时封板封盖住两块闸板上的泄压孔,阀体的管腔被阻断,此时闸阀处于关闭状态。
Claims (1)
1.一种二步开关式闸阀,包括阀体、阀杆,所述阀体是一管体,阀体的内壁固定有阀座,阀座上装有能沿阀体的径向上下滑动的用于控制阀体管腔通断的闸板,闸板在阀体轴向上的位置固定;
其特征在于:所述闸板有两块,该两块闸板平行间隔布设并相互固定,两块闸板之间插置有一能沿阀体的径向上下滑动的封板,封板及两块闸板上均开设有泄压孔,所述阀杆布设在阀体内部,并与封板固接;
所述闸板上开设有多个限位孔,各限位孔内均装有限位销,及用于驱使限位销朝向封板方向移动的限位弹簧,所述封板上开设有多个限位凹槽;
所述封板能向下滑动至一个封闭工位,并能向上滑动至一个泄压工位,所述闸板能向下滑动至一个全关工位,并能向上滑动至一个全开工位;
所述封板滑动至封闭工位时,封板封盖住两块闸板上的泄压孔,且各限位销与各限位凹槽错开;
所述封板滑动至泄压工位时,封板上的泄压孔与两块闸板上的泄压孔同时正对,且各限位销分别卡入各限位凹槽;
所述闸板滑动至全关工位且封板滑动至封闭工位时,闸板与封板将阀体的管腔阻断,且闸板上的泄压孔位于阀体管腔内;
所述闸板滑动至全开工位时,阀体的管腔导通。
