背景技术:
闸阀是指关闭件(闸板)沿通路中心线的垂直方向移动的阀门,闸阀在管路中主要作切断用,闸阀的应用范围广。现有技术的闸阀,开启力矩比较大,对于大口径闸阀更是如此,如何降低闸阀的开启力矩使阀门能够省力操作、同时结构简单是所有闸阀生产厂家所必须要克服的技术问题。
发明内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种开启力距小、结构简单、省力操作的闸阀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种闸阀,包括阀体、闸板、阀杆和阀盖,阀盖固定设于阀体顶部,闸板活动设于阀体内与阀杆连接,其特征在于:所述闸板与阀杆之间的连接为上下可相对活动的连接,闸板顶部设有柱塞孔,柱塞孔竖向设置,柱塞孔的孔壁设有进口孔和出口孔,进口孔与闸阀进口相通,出口孔与闸阀出口相通,柱塞孔内从顶部往下活动设有柱塞,柱塞的顶部正对阀杆底端,在柱塞的上限位置,进口孔和出口孔导通,在柱塞的下限位置,进口孔和出口孔不导通。
采用上述技术方案后,可降低闸阀的开启力矩使阀门能够省力操作、同时结构简单,其工作原理是:闸阀开启时,阀杆向上移动而闸板不动,柱塞在进入进口孔的介质压力作用下随阀杆向上动作直至上限位置,于是进口孔与出口孔导通,对闸阀两端的介质压差部分卸压,然后在阀杆的再向上移动过程中,阀杆拉动闸板上移,闸阀打开,由于闸板在动作前其两侧的压差已减小,所以上述过程闸阀的开启力矩小。
所述柱塞孔由上下段组成,进口孔位于下段,出口孔位于上段,柱塞孔的上下段之间设有锥孔过渡,所述柱塞的底端设有与所述锥孔对应的锥头。上述设计使闸阀在关闭状态时,柱塞底端的锥头与柱塞孔上下段之间的锥孔接触形成锥面密封,密封可靠,有效防止进口孔和出口孔之间发生内漏。
所述阀杆底端设有T型头,T型头正对所述柱塞顶部,所述闸板上端设有T型槽,T型头活动嵌装在T型槽内可上下活动。

如图1所示,本实用新型的闸阀,包括阀体3、闸板11、阀杆1和阀盖2,阀盖2固定设于阀体3顶部,闸板11活动设于阀体3内与阀杆1连接,所述闸板11与阀杆1之间的连接为上下可相对活动的连接,闸板11顶部设有柱塞孔,柱塞孔竖向设置,柱塞孔的孔壁设有进口孔10和出口孔7,进口孔10与闸阀进口相通,出口孔7与闸阀出口相通,柱塞孔内从顶部往下活动设有柱塞6,柱塞6的顶部正对阀杆1底端,所述柱塞孔由上下段组成,进口孔10位于下段,出口孔7位于上段,柱塞孔的上下段之间设有锥孔9过渡,所述柱塞6的底端设有与所述锥孔9对应的锥头8,在柱塞6的上限位置(图示位置),进口孔10和出口孔7导通,在柱塞6的下限位置,锥头8与锥孔9进行锥面接触形成可靠密封,进口孔10和出口孔7不导通;所述阀杆1底端设有T型头4,T型头4正对所述柱塞6顶部,所述闸板11上端设有T型槽5,T型头4活动嵌装在T型槽5内可上下活动。

1.一种闸阀,包括阀体、闸板、阀杆和阀盖,阀盖固定设于阀体顶部,闸板活动设于阀体内与阀杆连接,其特征在于:所述闸板与阀杆之间的连接为上下可相对活动的连接,闸板顶部设有柱塞孔,柱塞孔竖向设置,柱塞孔的孔壁设有进口孔和出口孔,进口孔与闸阀进口相通,出口孔与闸阀出口相通,柱塞孔内从顶部往下活动设有柱塞,柱塞的顶部正对阀杆底端,在柱塞的上限位置,进口孔和出口孔导通,在柱塞的下限位置,进口孔和出口孔不导通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种闸阀,其特征在于:所述柱塞孔由上下段组成,进口孔位于下段,出口孔位于上段,柱塞孔的上下段之间设有锥孔过渡,所述柱塞的底端设有与所述锥孔对应的锥头。
