本发明公开了一种可快速关闭且可以微调流量的球阀,包括阀体且阀体内设置有球体,球体内设置有流通槽,球体的一侧设置有安装槽孔且安装槽孔内设置有连接杆,连接杆的一端设置有把手且连接杆的另一端连接至球体,连接杆和把手内分别设置有第一槽孔和第二槽孔,第一槽孔和第二槽孔内套有螺杆,螺杆的边侧套接有止泄环;连接杆与安装槽孔之间设置有密封环;阀体与球体之间设置有密封垫;把手的两端均设置有握槽;螺杆的一端设置有握柄。本发明可以通过握柄将螺杆下压,完成快速截止阀体内流体的目的;可以通过对螺杆下压程度的不同来对阀体内流体的通过速度进行细微调节,提高了使用的便利性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及一种可快速关闭且可以微调流量的球阀。
背景技术
球阀(ballvalve),标准GB/T21465-2008《阀门术语》中定义为:启闭件(球体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。亦可用于流体的调节与控制,其中硬密封V型球阀其V型球芯与堆焊硬质合金的金属阀座之间具有很强的剪切力,特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等的介质。而多通球阀在管道上不仅可灵活控制介质的合流、分流、及流向的切换,同时也可关闭任一通道而使另外两个通道相连。本类阀门在管道中一般应当水平安装。球阀按照驱动方式分为:气动球阀,电动球阀,手动球阀。
目前的球阀在进行关闭停止流体流动时,操作的速度尤其是手动球阀的操作速度十分的慢,在需要对球阀进行关闭的时候影响了操作效率,而且现有的球阀只能对流体进行单一的操作,不能进行细微调节,影响了对管道内流体的有效精确控制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可快速关闭且可以微调流量的球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种可快速关闭且可以微调流量的球阀,包括阀体且所述阀体内设置有球体,所述球体内设置有流通槽,所述球体的一侧设置有安装槽孔且所述安装槽孔内设置有连接杆,所述连接杆的一端设置有把手且所述连接杆的另一端连接至所述球体,所述连接杆和所述把手内分别设置有第一槽孔和第二槽孔,所述第一槽孔和所述第二槽孔内套有螺杆,所述螺杆的边侧套接有止泄环。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述连接杆与所述安装槽孔之间设置有密封环。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阀体与所述球体之间设置有密封垫。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述把手的两端均设置有握槽;所述螺杆的一端设置有握柄。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:可以通过握柄将螺杆下压,完成快速截止阀体内流体的目的;可以通过对螺杆下压程度的不同来对阀体内流体的通过速度进行细微调节,提高了使用的便利性。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种可快速关闭且可以微调流量的球阀,包括阀体1且阀体1内设置有球体2,球体2内设置有流通槽3,球体2的一侧设置有安装槽孔4且安装槽孔4内设置有连接杆5,连接杆5的一端设置有把手6且连接杆5的另一端连接至球体2,连接杆5和把手6内分别设置有第一槽孔7和第二槽孔8,第一槽孔7和第二槽孔8内套有螺杆9,螺杆9的边侧套接有止泄环10。
进一步的,连接杆5与安装槽孔4之间设置有密封环11,可以防止阀体1内的流体溢出。
阀体1与球体2之间设置有密封垫12,可以防止流体经过球体2时溢出。
把手6的两端均设置有握槽13,可以方便的通过把手6对连接杆5一端的球体2进行调节;螺杆9的一端设置有握柄14,可以方便的对螺杆9进行调节。
本发明在使用的时候,可以通过握柄14将螺杆9下压,完成快速截止阀体1内流体的目的,然后可以通过把手6控制球体2完成流体调节;可以通过对螺杆9下压程度的不同来对阀体1内流体的通过速度进行细微调节,提高了使用的便利性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的可快速关闭且可以微调流量的球阀,其特征在于,所述连接杆(5)与所述安装槽孔(4)之间设置有密封环(11)。
