本発明の熱収縮性多層フィルムは、例えば、上記各層を積層して延伸することにより製造される。
縦方向(MD)延伸倍率=ピンチローラ8の引き取り速度/ピンチローラ7の引き取り速度
横方向(TD)延伸倍率=管状体フィルム3dの幅/管状体フィルム3bの幅
縦方向(MD)緩和率=(1−(ローラ11の引き取り速度/ローラ10の引き取り速度))×100(%)
横方向(TD)緩和率=(1−(管状体フィルム3fの幅/管状体フィルム3dの幅))×100(%)
図1に示す装置を用い、層構成が外側から内側へ、Co−PET 88質量%とMB−1 12質量%との混合物/ad/Ny6−66 70質量%とA−Ny 30質量%との混合物/EVOH/ad/VLDPE 90質量%とMB−2 10質量%との混合物の順になるように、且つ各層が所定の厚みになるように、各樹脂を複数の押出機1でそれぞれ押し出し、溶融された樹脂を環状ダイ2に導入し、ここで上記層構成となるように溶融接合し、共押出した。環状ダイ2の出口から流出した溶融した管状体3を水浴4中で、約26℃に急冷しつつピンチローラ5で引き取り、幅112mmの管状体フィルム3aとした。次に、管状体3aを90℃の温水浴6中を通過させた後、バブル形状のインフレーション中の管状体フィルム3cとし、22〜28℃のエアリング9で冷却しながらインフレーション法により流れ方向(MD)に3.4倍、幅方向(TD)に3.1倍の延伸倍率で同時二軸延伸した。次いで、延伸後の管状体フィルム3dを、約2mの筒長を有する熱処理筒12中に導き、バブル形状の熱処理中の管状体フィルム3eとし、吹き出し口13より吹き出させたスチームにより約70℃に加熱し、流れ方向に10%緩和、幅方向に10%緩和させながら約2秒間熱処理し、熱処理後の管状体フィルム3f(熱収縮性多層フィルム)を製造した。得られた熱収縮性多層フィルムの全体の厚み及び各層の厚みを表2に示す。
実施例2、3、比較例1〜6については、フィルムの製造条件をそれぞれ表2に記載の通りに変更する以外は実施例1と同様にして、熱処理後の管状体フィルム3f(熱収縮性多層フィルム)を得た。得られた熱収縮性多層フィルムの全体の厚み及び各層の厚みを表2に示す。
以下の方法によって、実施例及び比較例で得られた熱収縮性多層フィルムの突刺し強度、伸度10%荷重、追従深さ、追従長さを測定した。突刺し強度は、フィルムの第6層(内)側から測定した。
23℃、50%RHの雰囲気下において、曲率半径0.5mmの半球状先端部を有する突刺し用ピンを取り付けたテンシロン万能材料試験機(オリエンテック社製「RTC−1210型」)を用いて、該突刺しピンを50mm/minの速度で、固定した試料の内表面層から突き刺し、破断にいたるまでの最大点の測定値(N)を内表面層側からの突き刺し強度とした。
幅10mm、長さ100mmの短冊状のフィルム試料をテンシロン万能材料試験機(オリエンテック社製「RTC−1210型」)に、チャック間距離が50mmになるように装着し、90℃の恒温槽内で1分間保持した後、機械方向(縦方向、MD)に引張速度500mm/minで伸張させ、伸度10%伸長時の荷重を測定し、この荷重を幅10mmで割った値を、伸度10%時の単位幅当たりの荷重とした。機械方向に垂直な方向(横方向、TD)についても、前記と同様の測定を行い、横方向(TD)の伸度10%時の単位幅当たりの荷重を求めた。
フィルムの機械方向(縦方向、MD)及び機械方向に垂直な方向(横方向、TD)に10cmの距離で印を付けたフィルム試料を、90℃に調整した熱水に10秒間浸漬した後、取り出し、直ちに常温の水で冷却した。その後、印をつけた距離を測定し、10cmからの減少値の原長10cmに対する割合を縦及び横方向についてそれぞれ百分率で表示した。1試料について5回試験(n=5)を行ない、縦方向(MD)及び横方向(TD)のそれぞれについて平均値を求め、熱水収縮率とした。
図2のようなアクリル製治具を、二枚のフィルムの内表面層側同士を三方シールして作製したパウチ袋に入れて真空包装した。アクリル製治具の入れ方は図3のように二種類あり、縦方向(MD)の追従長さを測定する場合はアクリル製治具の長辺が縦方向(MD)と平行になるように、横方向(TD)の追従長さを測定する場合はアクリル製治具の長辺が横方向(TD)と平行になるように包装した。次いで、凹部の両端(B及びE)から10mm離れた箇所(A及びF)に印をつけ、包装体を90℃の熱水に5秒間浸漬した後に空冷し、印間の距離(長さ)、すなわち凹部に追従したフィルムの距離(長さ)を測定し、完全に追従した場合の距離(長さ)70mm(AB間+BC間+CD間+DE間+EF間)に対しての割合を次式(1)から求めた。

A:追従性が高い(85%以上)
B:追従性が中程度(80%以上85%未満)
C:追従性が低い(80%未満)
と評価した。
Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を含む表面層(a)、ポリアミド系樹脂を含む中間層(b)、及びシール可能な樹脂を含む表面層(c)の少なくとも3層からなり、
(A)90℃での引張試験において伸度10%時の単位幅当たりの荷重が、縦方向(MD)及び横方向(TD)のいずれも0.70N/mm以下であり、且つ、
(B)単位厚さ当たりの突刺し強度が0.200N/μm以上である
熱収縮性多層フィルム。 - 90℃における熱水収縮率が、縦方向(MD)及び横方向(TD)のいずれも33%以下であり、且つ、中間層(b)の厚さが15μm以上50μm以下である請求項1に記載の熱収縮性多層フィルム。
- 中間層(b)中のポリアミド系樹脂が、ナイロン6−66共重合体と非晶質芳香族ポリアミドとを含む混合物からなり、
非晶質芳香族ポリアミドが、イソフタル酸及びテレフタル酸を主に含む酸成分と脂肪族ジアミンとの重縮合物を含み、
非晶質芳香族ポリアミドの含有率が中間層(b)において25〜40質量%である請求項1又は2に記載の熱収縮性多層フィルム。
