Abstract
Description
筐体内に収容される光学素子に対し、入力光を導入する際や、出力光を導出する際には、筐体の一部に貫通孔を形成し、当該貫通孔を気密封止すると共に、入力光や出力光が通過できるよう構成した光学窓部材が配置されている。
(1) 光学素子を筐体内に収容し、該光学素子への入力光又は出力光を通過させると共に、該筐体内の気密封止を行なう光学窓部材を備えた光モジュールにおいて、該光学窓部材を保持する保持部材を備え、該光学窓部材は、該保持部材を介して該筐体に固定されており、該保持部材と該光学窓部材との線膨張係数の差は、該筐体と該光学窓部材との線膨張係数の差よりも小さく、該保持部材上で該光学窓部材を取り付ける位置は、該保持部材自体を固定する位置よりも、光学素子側に突出して設けられていることを特徴とする。
本発明の光モジュールは、図4乃至6に示すように、光学素子(不図示)を筐体1内に収容し、該光学素子への入力光又は出力光を通過させると共に、該筐体内の気密封止を行なう光学窓部材3を備えた光モジュールにおいて、該光学窓部材3を保持する保持部材7を備え、該光学窓部材は、該保持部材を介して該筐体に固定されており、該保持部材と該光学窓部材との線膨張係数の差は、該筐体と該光学窓部材との線膨張係数の差よりも小さく、該保持部材上で該光学窓部材を取り付ける位置は、該保持部材自体を固定する位置よりも、光学素子側に突出して設けられていることを特徴とする。
筐体1内部のスペースを有効に利用することができ、光モジュールの小型化に寄与する。

Claims (3)
- 光学素子を筐体内に収容し、該光学素子への入力光又は出力光を通過させると共に、該筐体内の気密封止を行なう光学窓部材を備えた光モジュールにおいて、
該光学窓部材を保持する保持部材を備え、
該光学窓部材は、該保持部材を介して該筐体に固定されており、
該保持部材と該光学窓部材との線膨張係数の差は、該筐体と該光学窓部材との線膨張係数の差よりも小さく、
該保持部材上で該光学窓部材を取り付ける位置は、該保持部材自体を固定する位置よりも、光学素子側に突出して設けられていることを特徴とする光モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の光モジュールにおいて、該筐体の外部に、前記入力光又は出力光を集光するレンズを収容する鏡筒を備え、該鏡筒は台座を介して該筐体に固定したことを特徴とする光モジュール。
- 請求項2に記載の光モジュールにおいて、該保持部材は該台座に固定されていることを特徴とする光モジュール。
