Claims (6)
- 軸方向に延びるモータシャフトおよび前記モータシャフトの径方向外側に配置されるステータを有するモータ部と、
前記ステータの軸方向一方側に配置され、前記モータシャフトの軸方向一方側に連結される減速機構と、
前記減速機構の軸方向一方側に配置される回路基板と、
前記ステータと前記回路基板とを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
前記減速機構を介して前記モータシャフトの回転が伝達される出力シャフトを有する出力部と、
前記モータ部、前記減速機構、前記回路基板、前記バスバー、および前記出力部を収容するハウジングと、
を備え、
前記ハウジングは、
軸方向一方側に開口するモータケースと、
前記モータケースの軸方向一方側に取り付けられる回路基板ケースと、
を有し、
前記回路基板ケースは、前記モータケースの開口を塞ぐ底壁を有し、前記底壁よりも軸方向一方側において前記回路基板を収容し、
前記底壁は、前記減速機構よりも径方向外側において前記底壁を軸方向に貫通する底壁貫通孔を有し、
前記ステータは、複数のコイルを有し、
前記バスバーは、
軸方向において前記減速機構と前記ステータとの間に配置され、軸方向と直交する平面に沿って延びるバスバー本体部と、
前記バスバー本体部に繋がり、前記コイルから軸方向一方側に延びるコイル線が接続されるコイル線接続部と、
前記減速機構よりも径方向外側において前記バスバー本体部から軸方向一方側に延びる接続端子部と、
を有し、
前記接続端子部は、前記底壁貫通孔を介して前記底壁の軸方向他方側から軸方向一方側まで延びて、前記回路基板と接続される、電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記回路基板は、前記回路基板を軸方向に貫通する回路基板貫通孔を有し、
前記接続端子部は、前記回路基板貫通孔に通されて前記回路基板と接続される、請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記減速機構と前記ステータとの軸方向の間に配置され、前記バスバーを支持する支持部材をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記支持部材は、前記支持部材を軸方向に貫通する支持孔部を有し、
前記バスバー本体部は、前記支持部材の軸方向他方側に配置され、
前記接続端子部は、前記支持部材の軸方向他方側の面から前記支持孔部を介して前記支持部材の軸方向一方側に延びる、請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記減速機構は、前記底壁の軸方向他方側の面に保持され、
前記支持部材は、前記ステータの軸方向一方側を覆う、請求項3または4に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記支持部材の軸方向一方側に取り付けられる蓋部材をさらに備え、
前記支持部材は、前記支持部材を軸方向に貫通する支持部材貫通孔を有し、
前記支持部材貫通孔は、軸方向に沿って視て、前記コイル線接続部と重なり、
前記蓋部材は、前記支持部材貫通孔および前記コイル線接続部を軸方向一方側から覆う、請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
