Claims (8)
- 軸方向に延びるモータシャフトを有するモータ部と、
前記モータシャフトの軸方向一方側に連結される減速機構と、
前記減速機構を介して前記モータシャフトの回転が伝達される出力シャフトを有する出力部と、
前記モータ部、前記減速機構、および前記出力部を収容するハウジングと、
を備え、
前記モータシャフトと前記出力シャフトとは、前記モータシャフトの径方向に離れて配置され、
前記モータ部は、前記モータシャフトを回転可能に支持する第1ベアリングを有し、
前記ハウジングは、
樹脂製のハウジング本体と、
前記ハウジング本体に保持される金属製の金属部材と、
を有し、
前記金属部材は、
前記第1ベアリングを保持するベアリング保持部と、
前記出力シャフトを支持する出力シャフト支持部と、
を有する、電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記出力シャフト支持部は、前記出力シャフト支持部を貫通する貫通孔を有し、
前記出力シャフトは、前記貫通孔に嵌め合わされる嵌合部を有する、請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記金属部材は、前記ベアリング保持部から前記モータシャフトの径方向外側に延びる腕部を有し、
前記腕部は、前記ベアリング保持部と前記出力シャフト支持部とを繋ぐ、請求項1または2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記出力シャフト支持部および前記腕部は、板状である、請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記出力シャフトは、前記モータシャフトの軸方向に延びる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジング本体は、軸方向に沿って視て、多角形状であり、
前記モータシャフトと前記出力シャフトとは、軸方向に沿って視て、前記ハウジング本体の対角線に沿って並んで配置され、
前記出力シャフトは、軸方向に沿って視て、前記ハウジング本体の角部に配置される、請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記減速機構は、前記モータシャフトの回転が減速されて伝達される出力ギアを有し、
前記出力部は、前記出力シャフトに固定され前記出力ギアと噛み合う駆動ギアを有し、
前記駆動ギアは、前記出力シャフトから前記出力ギアに向かって延び、前記出力ギアに向かうに従って幅が大きくなる扇形ギアである、請求項6に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記金属部材の一部は、前記ハウジング本体に埋め込まれる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
