Description
Claims (9)
- 軸方向に延びるモータシャフトおよび前記モータシャフトに固定されるロータ本体を有するモータ部と、
前記モータシャフトに連結される減速機構と、
前記モータ部と電気的に接続され、前記ロータ本体よりも軸方向一方側に配置される回路基板と、
前記減速機構を介して前記モータシャフトの回転が伝達される出力シャフトを有する出力部と、
前記モータシャフトに取り付けられる被検出部と、
前記被検出部の位置を検出して前記モータシャフトの回転を検出するモータ部センサと、
前記モータシャフトに予圧を加える予圧部材と、
前記モータシャフトを軸方向他方側から支持する支持部と、
を備え、
前記モータ部は、前記モータシャフトを回転可能に支持する第1ベアリングを有し、
前記回路基板は、前記回路基板を軸方向に貫通する貫通孔を有し、
前記モータシャフトは、前記貫通孔に通されて前記回路基板を軸方向に貫通し、
前記被検出部は、前記モータシャフトのうち前記回路基板よりも軸方向一方側に突出した部分に取り付けられ、前記回路基板の軸方向一方側の面と隙間を介して軸方向に対向し、
前記モータ部センサは、前記回路基板の軸方向一方側の面のうち前記被検出部と隙間を介して軸方向に対向する部分に固定され、
前記予圧部材は、前記モータシャフトに軸方向他方側向きに予圧を加え、前記モータシャフトを前記支持部に押し付け、
前記モータ部は、前記モータシャフトに取り付けられる被検出部ホルダを有し、
前記被検出部は、前記被検出部ホルダに固定され、
前記被検出部ホルダは、
前記モータシャフトに軸方向他方側から支持されかつ周方向に位置決めされ、軸方向と直交する板状である被支持部と、
前記回路基板よりも軸方向一方側で前記モータシャフトに固定される固定部と、
軸方向と交差する円環板状の円環板部と、を有し、
前記予圧部材は、前記第1ベアリングと、前記円環板部と、の間に位置する、
電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記第1ベアリングは、ボールベアリングであり、
前記予圧部材は、前記第1ベアリングに軸方向他方側向きに予圧を加え、前記第1ベアリングを介して前記モータシャフトに軸方向他方側向きに予圧を加える、請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記第1ベアリングは、前記モータシャフトのうち前記被検出部が取り付けられる部分よりも軸方向他方側の部分を支持する、請求項1または2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記第1ベアリングの少なくとも一部は、前記貫通孔に挿入される、請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記被検出部は、マグネットであり、
前記モータ部センサは、前記被検出部の磁界を検出する磁気センサである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記減速機構は、前記モータシャフトの軸方向一方側に連結され、
前記回路基板は、前記減速機構の軸方向一方側に配置される、請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記予圧部材は、ウェーブワッシャである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記円環板部は、
前記被検出部が固定される第1円環板部と、前記被支持部または前記固定部に繋がる第2円環板部と、を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記被検出部ホルダは、
前記第1円環板部の径方向内縁部および前記第2円環板部の径方向外縁部を繋ぐ筒部を有する、請求項8に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
