Abstract
Description
請求項1に記載の発明は、型締ユニットにおいて型締めした金型に対してノズルタッチさせた加熱筒のノズルからこの金型のキャビティに溶融樹脂を射出充填して所望する樹脂製品を成形可能な射出成形機である。型締ユニットに対する金型の押し込みや引き出し動作は、この金型に対するノズルのノズルタッチ動作の駆動源が流用されている。

Claims (6)
- 型締ユニットにおいて型締めした金型に対してノズルタッチさせた加熱筒のノズルからこの金型のキャビティに溶融樹脂を射出充填して所望する樹脂製品を成形可能な射出成形機であって、
型締ユニットに対する金型の押し込みや引き出し動作は、この金型に対するノズルのノズルタッチ動作の駆動源が流用されている射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機であって、
加熱筒は、ベースに対してスライド可能なスライダに設けられており、
型締ユニットに対する金型の押し込みや引き出し動作は、金型に対して引っ掛け可能な 引っ掛け部材のスライド動作によって行われており、
引っ掛け部材は、スライダに設けられている射出成形機。 - 請求項2に記載の射出成形機であって、
引っ掛け部材は、フローティングジョイントを介してスライダに設けられている射出成形機。 - 請求項2〜3のいずれかに記載の射出成形機であって、
引っ掛け部材の先端は、引っ掛け部材が金型に対して引っ掛かるように金型に対して案内されている射出成形機。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の射出成形機であって、
引っ掛け部材の先端には、金型に設けられた引っ掛け部に対して引っ掛け可能なフックが形成されており、
フックの内面には、引っ掛け部に引っ掛けた状態で金型を引き出し可能な引出面と、引っ掛け部に引っ掛けた状態で金型を押し込み可能な押込面と、引っ掛け部に対する引っ掛けを逃がし可能な逃がし面と、が形成されている射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の射出成形機であって、
型締ユニットから引き出した金型を幅方向にスライド可能な金型交換ユニットが備えられている射出成形機。
