Abstract
Description
1.悪臭(イソ吉草酸)の定量と官能評価
(1) S. capitis(頭皮分離株)菌液をTSB培地に1.0×106CFU/mLになるように添加し、96穴ウェル中にて24時間37℃で静置培養してバイオフィルムを形成させた。表1に示す各処方液を無菌的にバイオフィルムに接触させた後、イオン交換水で洗浄し洗浄液を廃棄した。
(2) 96穴ウェルに残留したバイオフィルムに0.2%L-ロイシン(東京化成工業社製)添加培地を3時間接触させ、ジエチルエーテル(和光純薬工業社製)で培養液を抽出した。ジエチルエーテル部分を0.5mLバイアルに充填し、イソ吉草酸をGC/MSで定量した。また、イソ吉草酸の臭いを対象とした下記基準による官能評価により、悪臭強度を評価した。これらの結果を表1に示す。

前記1(1)の後、96穴ウェルに残留したバイオフィルムをクリスタルバイオレット0.1%水溶液で染色した。イオン交換水を用いて各ウェルを2回ずつ洗浄後、99.5%エタノールを200μLウェルに添加して、染色したバイオフィルムを溶出し、570nmの吸光度を計測してバイオフィルムの残存量を算出した。
コントロール(比較例4)のバイオフィルム残存量を100%としたときの各実施例及び各比較例でのバイオフィルム残存量を差し引いた値をバイオフィルム除去率とした。また、このバイオフィルム除去率から、下記基準に従ってバイオフィルム除去能の判定を行った。
○:バイオフィルム除去率30%以上
△:バイオフィルム除去率25%以上30%未満
×:バイオフィルム除去率25%未満
表2に示す処方液を用い、バイオフィルム除去率の算出に比較例7をコントロールとした以外、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。結果を表2に示す。

Claims (6)
- 3,6-ジメチル-2-ヘプタノール、リナロール及びエチルリナロールから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の化合物を有効成分とする、スタフィロコッカス属細菌に由来するバイオフィルムの分散除去剤。
- スタフィロコッカス属細菌が、頭皮より分離される常在菌である請求項1に記載のバイオフィルム分散除去剤。
- スタフィロコッカス属細菌が、スタフィロコッカス・キャピティス(Staphylococcus capitis)である請求項1又は2に記載のバイオフィルム分散除去剤。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバイオフィルム分散除去剤を含有する頭髪用化粧料。
- 頭髪化粧料が、シャンプー、コンディショナー、リンス又は清拭シートである請求項4に記載の頭髪用化粧料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバイオフィルム分散除去剤又は請求項4又は5に記載の頭髪用化粧料を生物表面に形成されたスタフィロコッカス属細菌のバイオフィルムに対して適用する、頭皮臭の低減方法。
