Description
ランプボディと、このランプボディに対して上下方向および左右方向にエイミング可能に支持された灯具ユニットと、この灯具ユニットを上記エイミングによる回動とは独立して上下方向に回動させるためのレベリングアクチュエータと、を備えた車両用灯具において、
上記灯具ユニットを上下方向にエイミングするためのエイミングスクリュウが、上記ランプボディに対して灯具前後方向に延びる軸線回りに回転可能に支持されており、
上記エイミングスクリュウに、該エイミングスクリュウと螺合するエイミングナットが取り付けられており、
上記レベリングアクチュエータは、上記灯具ユニットに固定支持されたアクチュエータ本体と、このアクチュエータ本体に対して灯具前後方向に移動可能に支持された出力軸部材とを備えており、
上記出力軸部材は、上記アクチュエータ本体から上方向または下方向へ向けて突出するように配置されており、該出力軸部材の先端部において上記エイミングナットに連結されている、ことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (6)
- ランプボディと、このランプボディに対して上下方向および左右方向にエイミング可能に支持された灯具ユニットと、この灯具ユニットを上記エイミングによる回動とは独立して上下方向に回動させるためのレベリングアクチュエータと、を備えた車両用灯具において、
上記灯具ユニットを上下方向にエイミングするためのエイミングスクリュウが、上記ランプボディに対して灯具前後方向に延びる軸線回りに回転可能に支持されており、
上記エイミングスクリュウに、該エイミングスクリュウと螺合するエイミングナットが取り付けられており、
上記レベリングアクチュエータは、上記灯具ユニットに固定支持されたアクチュエータ本体と、このアクチュエータ本体に対して灯具前後方向に移動可能に支持された出力軸部材とを備えており、
上記出力軸部材は、上記アクチュエータ本体から上方向または下方向へ向けて突出するように配置されており、該出力軸部材の先端部において上記エイミングナットに連結されている、ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 上記エイミングナットは、上記ランプボディに対して灯具前後方向にスライド可能に支持されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用灯具。
- 上記エイミングナットに、該エイミングナットを上記ランプボディに対して上下方向に弾性的に押圧するための弾性片が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用灯具。
- 上記出力軸部材は、上記軸線を含む鉛直面内において上記エイミングナットに連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか記載の車両用灯具。
- 上記エイミングナットに、上記出力軸部材の先端部を嵌め込むための凹部が形成されており、
上記凹部は、該凹部に嵌め込まれた上記出力軸部材の先端部が上下方向に所要量相対変位し得る内周面形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか記載の車両用灯具。 - 上記凹部は、該凹部に嵌め込まれた上記出力軸部材の先端部が左右方向に所要量相対変位し得る内周面形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の車両用灯具。
