- 駆動力源として、エンジン、および、少なくとも一基のモータを備えたハイブリッド車両において、
駆動輪と、
前記エンジンから前記モータを経て前記駆動輪に至る動力伝達経路と、
前記動力伝達経路上に設けられ、前記動力伝達経路上のねじり振動を抑制する振り子式ダンパと、
前記動力伝達経路上に設けられ、前記エンジンと前記振り子式ダンパとの間の動力伝達を選択的に遮断する分離クラッチと、を備えている

- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記分離クラッチは、前記エンジンの始動時、前記エンジンの停止時、または、所定の回転数付近での前記エンジンの運転時の少なくともいずれかの場合に、解放して前記エンジンと前記振り子式ダンパとの間の動力伝達を遮断する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記分離クラッチは、前記動力伝達経路上で前記エンジンと前記モータとの間に配置され、
前記振り子式ダンパは、前記動力伝達経路上で前記分離クラッチよりも前記駆動輪側に配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記モータは、少なくとも前記モータを潤滑するモータオイルと、前記モータオイルを内部に保持するケースとを有し、
前記振り子式ダンパは、少なくとも前記モータと共に前記ケース内に収容され、
前記モータオイルは、前記振り子式ダンパを潤滑する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記モータは、前記モータの回転軸線方向におけるステータの端面からコイルが突出するコイルエンドを有し、
前記振り子式ダンパは、前記コイルエンドの内周部に配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記モータは、少なくとも前記モータを潤滑するモータオイルと、前記モータオイルを内部に保持するケースとを有し、
前記分離クラッチは、少なくとも前記モータと共に前記ケース内に収容されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記モータは、ロータの内周に形成された中空部を有し、
前記分離クラッチは、前記中空部に配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記動力伝達経路上に設けられ、所定の変速比を設定して前記駆動輪にトルクを伝達するとともに、選択的にニュートラルを設定することが可能な変速機を備え、
前記変速機は、前記所定の変速比および前記ニュートラルを設定する際に、選択的に係合または解放させられるクラッチ機構を有し、
前記分離クラッチは、前記クラッチ機構によって構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記駆動輪は、前輪で駆動力を発生するフロント駆動輪と、後輪で駆動力を発生するリヤ駆動輪とを有し、
前記動力伝達経路上に設けられ、前記フロント駆動輪または前記リヤ駆動輪のいずれか一方に駆動トルクを伝達する二輪駆動状態と、前記フロント駆動輪および前記リヤ駆動輪の両方に駆動トルクを伝達する四輪駆動状態とを選択的に切り替えて設定する、または、前記四輪駆動状態を常時設定するトランスファを備え、
前記動力伝達経路は、前記エンジンから前記トランスファを経て前記フロント駆動輪に至る第1動力伝達経路と、前記エンジンから前記トランスファを経て前記リヤ駆動輪に至る第2動力伝達経路とを有している
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項9に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記トランスファは、少なくとも前記トランスファを潤滑するトランスファオイルと、前記トランスファオイルを内部に保持するトランスファケースとを有し、
前記モータは、少なくとも前記トランスファと共に、前記トランスファケース内に収容されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項10に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記振り子式ダンパは、少なくとも前記トランスファおよび前記モータと共に、前記トランスファケース内に収容され、
前記トランスファオイルは、前記振り子式ダンパを潤滑する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記モータは、第1モータ、および、第2モータの少なくとも二基のモータを有し、
前記第1モータは、前記動力伝達経路上で、前記分離クラッチよりも前記駆動輪側に配置され、
前記第2モータは、前記動力伝達経路上で、前記分離クラッチよりも前記エンジン側、または、前記第1モータよりも前記駆動輪側に配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記振り子式ダンパは、
制振対象を制振するための所定の振動次数を有しており、
前記エンジンの燃焼周期に起因する前記エンジンの一次振動を抑制するように、前記振動次数が設定されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記振り子式ダンパは、
制振対象を制振するための所定の振動次数を有しており、
前記モータの極数に起因する前記モータの一次振動を抑制するように、前記振動次数が設定されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記振り子式ダンパは、
制振対象を制振するための所定の振動次数を有しており、
前記動力伝達経路の固有振動数に起因する共振を抑制するように、前記振動次数が設定されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
