Abstract
【解決手段】第1入力部材125が連結されたキャリア8と、モータ・ジェネレータ2が連結されたサンギヤ6と、第1出力部材126を介して駆動軸5が連結されたリングギヤ7とを有する遊星歯車装置から構成された動力分割機構4、および、第2入力部材100を介して入力されるエンジン1の回転数を変速してトルクを第2出力部材101を介して第1入力部材125およびキャリア8に伝達する変速機構17を備えたハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置TMにおいて、エンジン1の出力軸1aと同一の回転軸線上に、エンジン1に近い方から、変速機構17、動力分割機構4の順で配置するとともに、第2出力部材101と第1入力部材125とをスプラインによって連結する。

Claims (7)
- エンジンおよび少なくとも1基の回転機を駆動力源とするハイブリッド車両に搭載される動力伝達装置であって、第1入力部材が連結された第1回転要素と、前記回転機が連結された第2回転要素と、第1出力部材を介して駆動軸が連結された第3回転要素との3つの回転要素を有する差動歯車装置から構成されて前記駆動力源と前記駆動軸との間で動力を分割もしくは合成して伝達する動力分割機構、および、第2入力部材を介して入力される前記エンジンの回転数を変速してトルクを第2出力部材を介して前記第1入力部材および前記第1回転要素に伝達する変速機構を備えたハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置において、
前記エンジンの出力軸と同一の回転軸線上に、前記エンジンに近い方から、前記変速機構、前記動力分割機構の順で配置されていて、
前記第2出力部材と前記第1入力部材とが、スプラインもしくはセレーションによって連結されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記変速機構は、前記変速機構の前記エンジン側を覆うフロントカバーの内側に収容されるとともに、前記フロントカバーと、前記変速機構の前記動力分割機構側を覆う回転機カバーとによって覆われた変速ユニットとして形成されていて、
前記第2入力部材は、前記フロントカバーと、前記第1入力部材もしくは前記第2出力部材とによって支持されていて、
前記動力分割機構および前記回転機を収容するハウジングの前記変速機構側の端部に、前記変速ユニットが取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第2出力部材は、前記動力分割機構側の端部に、スプライン穴もしくはセレーション穴、または、スプライン軸もしくはセレーション軸が形成されたフランジ状の部材を含み、
前記第1入力部材は、前記変速機構側の端部に、前記第2出力部材のスプライン穴と嵌合するスプライン軸もしくは前記第2出力部材のセレーション穴と嵌合するセレーション軸、または、前記第2出力部材のスプライン軸と嵌合するスプライン穴もしくは前記第2出力部材のセレーション軸と嵌合するセレーション穴が形成されるとともに、前記第2入力部材の前記動力分割機構側の端部を相対回転可能に支持する軸状の部材を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第2出力部材は、前記動力分割機構側の端部に、スプライン穴もしくはセレーション穴、または、スプライン軸もしくはセレーション軸が形成されるとともに、前記第2入力部材の前記動力分割機構側の一部を相対回転可能に支持する軸状の部材を含み、
前記第1入力部材は、前記変速機構側の端部に、前記第2出力部材のスプライン穴と嵌合するスプライン軸もしくは前記第2出力部材のセレーション穴と嵌合するセレーション軸、または、前記第2出力部材のスプライン軸と嵌合するスプライン穴もしくは前記第2出力部材のセレーション軸と嵌合するセレーション穴が形成された軸状の部材を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記変速機構は、シングルプラネタリ形の遊星歯車機構と、前記遊星歯車機構のサンギヤとキャリアとを選択的に連結するクラッチと、前記サンギヤを選択的に回転不可能な状態に固定するブレーキとを備え、
前記第2出力部材は、前記遊星歯車機構のリングギヤが一体回転するように連結されていて、
前記第2入力部材は、前記キャリアが一体回転するように連結されているとともに、前記動力分割機構側の端部が前記第1入力部材の前記変速機構側の端部の内周部分に相対回転可能なように支持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記変速機構は、ダブルプラネタリ形の遊星歯車機構と、前記遊星歯車機構のサンギヤとキャリアとを選択的に連結するクラッチと、前記サンギヤを選択的に回転不可能な状態に固定するブレーキとを備え、
前記第2出力部材は、前記サンギヤの内周部分に前記サンギヤと相対回転可能なように配置されるとともに、前記キャリアが一体回転するように連結されていて、
前記第2入力部材は、前記遊星歯車機構のリングギヤが一体回転するように連結されているとともに、前記動力分割機構側の一部が前記第2出力部材の前記エンジン側の内周部分に相対回転可能なように支持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1,2,4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記回転機は、中空構造のロータを有するインナーロータ形の電動機を含むとともに、前記エンジンの出力軸と同一の回転軸線上で、前記変速機構と前記動力分割機構との間に配置されていて、
前記第1入力部材は、前記ロータの内周部分に相対回転可能なように支持されていて、
前記第2出力部材と前記第1入力部材とは、前記電動機の内周部分で連結されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両用動力伝達装置。
