Abstract
Description
それぞれフィン穴を設けられた複数のフィンと、
複数のフィンを互いに積み重ねるようにそれぞれフィン穴を貫通する複数の熱交換管と
を含む熱交換器が提供され、複数の熱交換管の少なくとも1つは、上記の熱交換管である。
複数のフィンを互いに積み重ねるように複数の熱交換管のそれぞれを複数のフィンの対応するフィン穴に通すことと、
各熱交換管が拡張されかつフィン穴の内壁と結合されるように、各熱交換管の中心にある空間に挿入体を挿入することと
を含む。
1.本発明の実施形態は、微小であるかまたは小さい内径を有する熱交換管をフィンに合わせて拡張しかつフィンに結合するか、または組み付けるという課題に対処する。
2.本発明の実施形態は、ろう付けプロセスを使用する必要がなく、それにより、製造コストを大幅に削減する。
3.本発明の実施形態は、従来の熱交換管の内部拡張による破裂のリスクを軽減する。
4.本発明の実施形態は、様々な流体が同じ熱交換管を通ることを可能にするように、熱交換管を少なくとも2つの副管に分割する。
それぞれフィン穴を設けられた複数のフィンと、
複数のフィンを互いに積み重ねるようにそれぞれ対応するフィン穴を貫通する複数の熱交換管と
を含み、熱交換管の少なくとも1つは、上記の熱交換管であることを特徴とする。
複数のフィンを互いに積み重ねるように複数の熱交換管のそれぞれを複数のフィンの対応するフィン穴に通すことと、
各熱交換管が拡張されかつフィン穴の内壁と結合されるように、各熱交換管の中心にある空間に挿入体を挿入することと
を含む。
1)本発明の実施形態は、熱交換管を毛細管にすることを可能にし、これは管の加熱および強度の改善に寄与する。
2)本発明の中間挿入体は、貯蔵器または過熱/過冷管として機能することができ、これは熱交換管の熱交換を改善する。
3)本発明の実施形態は、従来の機械式拡張および結合を用いて小型の熱交換管を拡張および結合することができないという問題に対処する。
4)本発明の実施形態は、液圧拡張および結合によって引き起こされる局所破裂の問題と、拡張および結合時の封止の問題とに対処する。
5)本発明の実施形態は、実際の必要に応じた必要な調整を考慮して、熱交換管が多様化されることを可能にする。
6)本発明の実施形態は、直径が小さい熱交換管とフィンとの間の拡管に関する主要な障害に対処する。
7)本発明では、従来の円形単一開孔の熱交換管と比較して、分割型の多孔質管の採用により、作動媒体の充填量を効果的に削減することができ、かつ熱交換管の表面積を増やすことができ、それにより熱交換効率が向上する。
8)従来の微小チャネル多孔質平熱交換管との関連で、フィン組立方法は、ろう付けプロセスを必要とせず、これはコストの削減に寄与する。
9)従来の微小チャネル平管と比較して、熱交換管およびフィンからなるアセンブリは、凝縮水の凍結解除および放出に寄与し、冷却のための空調装置のヒートポンプ作動条件下での微小チャネル熱交換器管の適用を拡大するのにかなりの効力を有する。
Claims (16)
- 熱交換器のための熱交換管において、中心に空間を有する一体化熱交換管であり、前記空間は、挿入体を収容して、前記熱交換器の対応するフィン穴内で前記一体化熱交換管を拡張および結合するために使用されることを特徴とする熱交換管。
- 前記一体化熱交換管の外側面は略円形であり、および前記フィン穴は前記一体化熱交換管と同じ形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記一体化熱交換管は、互いから分離された少なくとも2つの熱交換副管を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記少なくとも2つの熱交換副管の外側面の一部は、前記熱交換管の前記中心にある前記空間を囲むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記少なくとも2つの熱交換副管の前記外側面は、連結シートを介して互いに連結されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記連結シートは、前記挿入体を使用することによって前記少なくとも2つの熱交換副管を前記フィン穴内で拡張および結合する場合に伸長されるかまたは割れることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記少なくとも2つの熱交換副管はN個の熱交換副管であり、ここで、Nは2以上の自然数であり、前記N個の熱交換副管のそれぞれは、1/Nの円弧を有する熱交換副管であり、前記N個の熱交換管のそれぞれは、前記それぞれの円弧に対応するその中心に凹部を有し、および前記凹部は、前記熱交換副管の伸長方向に沿って前記熱交換副管のチャネルに向かって内側に陥凹されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記N個の凹部は、前記N個の熱交換副管が共に一体化される場合に略円形の空間を形成することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 各熱交換副管のチャネル数は少なくとも1であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記挿入体は内部拡張管であり、かつ前記空間に対応する形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記内部拡張管は中空、中実または多孔質であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 外側に突出する突起は前記内部拡張管の外側面に設けられ、前記突起は、前記熱交換副管を前記フィン穴内で拡張および結合する場合に2つの隣接する熱交換副管間のギャップに挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記内部拡張管は、それぞれの前記フィン穴内の前記熱交換副管の数と同じ数の突起を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- 前記突起は、前記内部拡張管の伸長方向に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の熱交換器のための熱交換管。
- それぞれフィン穴を設けられた複数のフィンと、
前記複数のフィンを互いに積み重ねるようにそれぞれ前記フィン穴を貫通する複数の熱交換管と
を含む熱交換器であって、前記複数の熱交換管の少なくとも1つは、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換管である、熱交換器。 - 請求項15に記載の熱交換器の組立方法であって、
複数のフィンを互いに積み重ねるように複数の熱交換管のそれぞれを前記複数のフィンの対応するフィン穴に通すことと、
各熱交換管が拡張されかつ前記フィン穴の内壁と結合されるように、各熱交換管の中心にある空間に挿入体を挿入することと
を含む組立方法。
