Abstract
【解決手段】 主成分と、副成分と、を含有している誘電体組成物である。主成分が(BiaNabSrcLnd)TiO3で表される。Lnは、希土類元素の中から選択される少なくとも1種である。a、b、cおよびdは、それぞれ、0.100≦a≦0.400、0.100≦b≦0.400、0.100≦c≦0.700、0≦d≦0.100および0.900≦a+b+c+d≦1.050を満たす。副成分が第1副成分および/または第2副成分を含有する。第1副成分がLiおよびKからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有する。第2副成分がCu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Coからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有する。

Description
主成分と、副成分と、を含有している誘電体組成物であって、
前記主成分が(BiaNabSrcLnd)TiO3で表され、
Lnは、希土類元素の中から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
a、b、cおよびdは、それぞれ、0.100≦a≦0.400、0.100≦b≦0.400、0.100≦c≦0.700、0≦d≦0.100および0.900≦a+b+c+d≦1.050を満たし、
前記副成分が第1副成分および/または第2副成分を含有し、
前記第1副成分がLiおよびKからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有し、
前記第2副成分がCu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Coからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有する。
(Lnは希土類元素)
ただし、上記式(1)の組成におけるa、b、c、dが下記の数値範囲内である。
0.100≦a≦0.400
0.100≦b≦0.400
0.100≦c≦0.700
0≦d≦0.100
0.900≦a+b+c+d≦1.050
0.150≦a≦0.375
0.150≦b≦0.375
0.150≦c≦0.600
0.010≦d≦0.080

本発明の積層セラミックコンデンサは、従来の積層セラミックコンデンサと同様に、ペーストを用いた通常の印刷法やシート法によりグリーンチップを作製し、前記グリーンチップを焼成した後に、外部電極を印刷又は転写して焼成することにより製造される。以下、製造方法について具体的に説明する。

Claims (6)
- 主成分と、副成分と、を含有している誘電体組成物であって、
前記主成分が(BiaNabSrcLnd)TiO3で表され、
Lnは、希土類元素の中から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
a、b、cおよびdは、それぞれ、0.100≦a≦0.400、0.100≦b≦0.400、0.100≦c≦0.700、0≦d≦0.100および0.900≦a+b+c+d≦1.050を満たし、
前記副成分が第1副成分および/または第2副成分を含有し、
前記第1副成分がLiおよびKからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有し、
前記第2副成分がCu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Coからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有する誘電体組成物。 - 前記主成分に含まれるTi100モル部に対し、前記第1副成分を0.5モル部以上7モル部未満、含有する請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 前記主成分に含まれるTi100モル部に対し、前記第2副成分を0.05モル部以上5モル部未満、含有する請求項1または2に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物を備える誘電体素子。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層を備える電子部品。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層と内部電極層とを交互に積層されてなる積層部分を有する積層電子部品。
