Description
BaZrO3、NaNbO3、または、NaTaO3を含む場合の許容因子tは、0.9016≦t≦0.9035の関係を満たし、SrZrO3を含む場合の許容因子tは、0.9005≦t≦0.9025の関係を満たし、CaZrO3を含む場合の許容因子tは、0.9000≦t≦0.9020の関係を満たすことを特徴とする。

[誘電体組成物の作製]
はじめに、Bi、Na、Ba、Sr、Ca、Ti、Zr、Nb、Taを含む素材を用意した。ここでは、Bi2O3、Na2CO3、BaCO3、SrCO3、CaCO3、TiO2、ZrO2、Nb2O5、Ta2O5の原料粉を用意して所望の比率で調合し、水またはエタノール等の有機溶媒を媒体として、ボールミルで24時間混合した。なお、原料粉の形態として、酸化物や、焼成段階で酸化物になる化合物などの形態があるが、どちらの形態であってもよい。得られた混合物を蒸発乾燥させた後、800~1000℃で熱処理を行い、乾式粉砕を行うことによって、誘電体組成物を得た。ここでは、組成の異なる32種類の誘電体組成物を作製した。
作製した誘電体組成物に、ポリビニルブチラール系バインダおよびエタノール等の有機溶媒を加えて、ボールミルで所定時間、湿式混合することによって、セラミックスラリーを作製した。
(1.測長)
作製した積層セラミックコンデンサ10について、以下のような評価を行った。
各積層セラミックコンデンサ10について、誘導結合プラズマ-発光分光分析法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy)により、組成分析を行った。各元素の定量には標準溶液を使用し、既知の濃度の範囲で検量線を作成して、相対的に試料濃度を求めた。各元素の組成比を算出する際、内部電極13a、13bに含まれる元素成分は除外した。
32種類の積層セラミックコンデンサをそれぞれ10個用意した。用意した積層セラミックコンデンサを金属製の容器に入れ、300℃で60分間保持した後、25℃で24時間放置した。
25℃において、DCバイアス印加時の耐電界を測定した。耐電界は、積層セラミックコンデンサに印加する電圧を100V/sで増加して、絶縁破壊を起こす電圧を測定することによって求めた。ここでは、後述する表1Aおよび表1Bに示す試料番号5、7、9、11、13~16、19~24、27~28、30、32の積層セラミックコンデンサに対して、耐電界を求めた。
許容因子tが0.9005≦t≦0.9025の関係を満たしているため、本発明の要件を満たす積層セラミックコンデンサである。

Claims (5)
- (BixNa1-x)TiO3 (xは、0<x<1を満たす)とCaTiO 3 の固溶体であり、ペロブスカイト構造を有する複合酸化物を主成分として含有するとともに、BaZrO3、SrZrO3、CaZrO3、NaNbO3、および、NaTaO3からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種のペロブスカイト構造を有する複合酸化物を副成分として含有し、
BaZrO3、NaNbO3、または、NaTaO3を含む場合の許容因子tは、0.9016≦t≦0.9035の関係を満たし、SrZrO3を含む場合の許容因子tは、0.9005≦t≦0.9025の関係を満たし、CaZrO3を含む場合の許容因子tは、0.9000≦t≦0.9020の関係を満たすことを特徴とする誘電体組成物。 - 前記xは、0.5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 副成分としてさらに、Cu、Ni、Mn、Mg、および、Alからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を、Ti100モル部に対して0モル部より多く、かつ、5モル部以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の誘電体組成物。
- Caは、粒界よりも粒内に多いことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 誘電体層と内部電極とが交互に複数積層された構造を有する積層セラミックコンデンサであって、
前記誘電体層は、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体組成物を含むことを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。
