Description
主成分と、副成分と、を含有している誘電体組成物であって、
前記主成分が(BiaNabSrcLnd)TiO3で表され、
Lnは、希土類元素の中から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
a、b、cおよびdは、それぞれ、0.100≦a≦0.400、0.100≦b≦0.400、0.100≦c≦0.700、0≦d≦0.100および0.900≦a+b+c+d≦1.050を満たし、
前記副成分が第1副成分および/または第2副成分を含有し、
前記第1副成分がLiおよびKからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有し、
前記第2副成分がCu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Coからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有する。
(Lnは希土類元素)
ただし、上記式(1)の組成におけるa、b、c、dが下記の数値範囲内である。
0.100≦a≦0.400
0.100≦b≦0.400
0.100≦c≦0.700
0≦d≦0.100
0.900≦a+b+c+d≦1.050
0.150≦a≦0.375
0.150≦b≦0.375
0.150≦c≦0.600
0.010≦d≦0.080
0.920≦a+b+c+d≦1.020
本発明の積層セラミックコンデンサは、従来の積層セラミックコンデンサと同様に、ペーストを用いた通常の印刷法やシート法によりグリーンチップを作製し、前記グリーンチップを焼成した後に、外部電極を印刷又は転写して焼成することにより製造される。以下、製造方法について具体的に説明する。

Claims (13)
- 主成分と、副成分と、を含有している誘電体組成物であって、
前記主成分が(BiaNabSrcLnd)TiO3で表され、
Lnは、希土類元素の中から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
a、b、cおよびdは、それぞれ、0.100≦a≦0.400、0.100≦b≦0.400、0.100≦c≦0.700、0<d≦0.100および0.900≦a+b+c+d≦1.050を満たし、
前記副成分が第1副成分および/または第2副成分を含有し、
前記第1副成分がKであり、
前記第2副成分がCu、Zn、Coからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を有する誘電体組成物。 - 前記主成分に含まれるTi100モル部に対し、前記第1副成分を0.5モル部以上7モル部未満、含有する請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 前記主成分に含まれるTi100モル部に対し、前記第2副成分を0.05モル部以上5モル部未満、含有する請求項1または2に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物を備える誘電体素子。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層を備える電子部品。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層と内部電極層とを交互に積層されてなる積層部分を有する積層電子部品。
- 前記内部電極層の形成に内部電極層用ペーストが用いられ、前記内部電極層用ペーストが各種金属または合金からなる導電材、あるいは焼成後に前記導電材となる各種酸化物、有機金属化合物、レジネート等と、有機ビヒクルまたは水系ビヒクルとを混練して調製することにより準備されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の積層電子部品。
- 前記内部電極層の材質がAg、Ag−Pd合金、NiまたはCuからなる請求項6または7に記載の積層電子部品。
- 導電材料から構成されている端子電極からなる請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の積層電子部品。
- 前記端子電極がAg、Au、Cu等を主成分とする導電材料から構成されている請求項9に記載の積層電子部品。
- 積層セラミックコンデンサを形成する請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の積層電子部品。
- 混合物を得るために秤量した各原料粉末がボールミルにより湿式混合され、次いで、有機溶剤および有機ビヒクルが仮焼物粉末に加えられ、原料がボールミルにより湿式混合されて誘電体層用ペーストが作製され、
さらに、前記誘電体層用ペーストとは別に、導電材料の粉末と有機ビヒクルとを混練し、内部電極層用ペーストが作製され、
その後、前記誘電体層用ペーストがシート成形法によりシート状に成形されて厚さ10μmのセラミックグリーンシートが得られ、
その後、前記内部電極層用ペーストが前記セラミックグリーンシート上にスクリーン印刷により塗布され、印刷されたシートが積層され、その後、4.5mm×4.3mm×1.0mmの直方体状に切断されることによって積層体グリーンチップが作製され、
その後、有機成分を300ppm程度まで除去するために、前記積層体グリーンチップが300〜500℃で脱バインダされ、
900〜1250℃の大気または還元雰囲気にて焼成され、
焼成後、内部電極の露出面が研磨され、AgまたはCuを導電材料とする外部電極用ペーストが塗布されて積層セラミックコンデンサが得られる請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物を有する積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法。 - 前記内部電極および外部電極が銅から形成される請求項12に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法。
