Abstract
Description
‐複数の棒材を供給デバイスに供給し、
‐棒材を移送装置に送達し、
‐棒材を移送装置によって放出区域(排出区域)に向けて移送する
ようにした棒材供給方法にも関する。
Claims (13)
- 複数の棒材(14)を移送装置(16)に供給するのに適した供給デバイス(12)を備え、前記移送装置(16)が前記棒材(14)を放出区域(18)に向かって移送するように構成されて成る、棒材(14)を供給する装置であって、
前記移送装置(16)は、収容台座(21)を備えた少なくとも1つの把持保持要素(19)が設置された移送円盤(20)を含み、前記把持保持要素(19)は、前記棒材(14)を前記収容台座(21)に保持しかつ前記棒材(14)を回転軸(Z)周りの回転によって前記放出区域(18)に向かって移送するために、少なくとも1つの棒材(14)を前記供給デバイス(12)から取り出すように構成されており、
選択的に前記回転軸(Z)周りに回転可能であり、前記移送装置(16)に対して回転軸(Z)に沿って離隔して配置され、かつ各棒材(14)をその移送中に支持するために前記把持保持要素(19)の前記収容台座(21)の角度位置と略一致する角度位置に配置された少なくとも1つの支持台座(36)を備えた、略円板状の形状の少なくとも1つの支持部材(35)を含み、
前記回転軸(Z)は、使用中、前記棒材(14)の長手方向の展開と略平行に位置することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記回転軸(Z)周りに選択的に回転可能であり、かつ前記移送円盤(20)および前記支持部材(35)が設置された回転軸(23)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転軸(23)に設置され、かつ前記回転軸の長手方向の延出に沿って離隔して配置された、複数の支持部材(35)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記移送装置(16)は前記回転軸(23)の全長の中間位置に設置され、かつ前記支持部材(35)は前記移送装置(16)の側方に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記移送装置(16)は前記回転軸(Z)に対して角度的に離隔した複数の把持保持要素(19)を含み、および前記支持部材(35)は同数の複数の支持台座(36)を備え、かつ前記収容台座(21)の角度位置と略一致する角度となる構成に従って配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの把持保持要素(19)は、金属材料製の前記棒材(14)を、回転軸(Z)周りの回転中にも、磁気作用によって前記収容台座(21)内部に保持するのに適した磁気要素(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも前記供給デバイス(12)と前記放出区域(18)との間に含まれる角度セクタの部分について前記移送円盤(20)を包囲し、かつ少なくとも前記角度セクタについて前記収容台座(21)を閉鎖するために、前記移送円盤(20)の外周に関連付けられた収容体(28)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- セレクタ装置(25)が前記移送装置(16)に関連付けられ、前記セレクタ装置(25)は、各把持保持要素(19)が予め定められた数の前記棒材(14)を前記放出区域(18)に向かって移動することを確実にするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記移送装置(16)は、前記少なくとも1つの棒材(14)を前記把持保持要素(19)から排出させて前記放出区域(18)に向かって送達するように構成された、少なくとも1つの排出装置(29)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記放出区域(18)は、前記棒材(14)を受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つの支持要素(33)と、前記棒材(14)を所定の位置に保持するのに適した位置決め要素(34;44)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記位置決め要素(34;44)は前記棒材(14)を保持するための磁石を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの棒材(14)を前記放出区域(18)から下流に位置する作業機械に向かって移送するように構成された移動部材(48)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 複数の棒材(14)を供給デバイス(12)に供給し、前記棒材(14)を移送装置(16)に送達し、かつ前記棒材(14)を前記移送装置(16)によって放出区域(18)に向かって移送するようにした、棒材(14)を供給する方法であって、
前記棒材(14)の前記移送は、前記移送装置(16)の少なくとも1つの把持保持要素(19)を、使用中は前記棒材(14)の長手方向の延出と略平行に位置する回転軸(Z)周りに回転させることによって実行され、前記把持保持要素(19)には、前記棒材(14)の少なくとも1つが挿置されて回転中に保持される収容台座(21)が設けられること、および前記棒材(14)の移送中に、略円板状の形状の少なくとも1つの支持部材(35)は前記回転軸(Z)周りで回転し、かつ前記収容台座(21)の角度位置と略一致する角度位置に配置された支持台座(36)に前記棒材(14)を支持することを特徴とする方法。
