【解決手段】発光装置10は、プリント回路基板11と、プリント回路基板上に形成される反射層13と、反射層上に形成される光ガイド層14と、光が1つまたは複数の側面から光ガイド層に入ることを可能にするために光ガイド層の1つまたは複数の側面上に設けられる1つまたは複数の光源12とを含んでもよく、光ガイド層は1つまたは複数の曲線で曲げられてもよく、光ガイド層の1つの表面は、最も良好な照明効果を実現し、輝度均一性を向上させるように、複数の微細構造体によって形成されてもよい。

Description
しかしながら、当業者は、本発明の発光装置10が上記の光に限定されないことを理解するであろう。最も良好な照明効果を実現するために光ガイド層の曲げ曲線に基づいて配置される同じ形状または異なる形状を有する複数の微細構造体を有する屈曲可能な光ガイド層および/または光ガイド層を有する任意の発光装置は、すべて本発明の範囲内である。
本発明の1つの実施形態において、光ガイド層14上の微細構造体141は、球形状、楕円球状、円錐形状、円柱形状、または平頂円錐形状などを含むがこれらに限定されない同じ三次元形状または異なる三次元形状を有してもよい。本発明の別の実施形態において、微細構造体141は凸形状および/または凹形状構造を含んでもよい。本発明によると、異なる形状の微細構造体141は異なる機能を有してもよい。たとえば、球形微細構造体141が順方向光の効率および均一性を向上させるために使用されてもよい。それゆえに、球形微細構造体は順方向微細構造体と呼ぶこともできる。別の例において、円錐形微細構造体141が各表面の角度に基づいて光経路を変えるために使用されてもよく、したがって、偏向微細構造体と呼ぶこともできる。
図3aに示されるように、本発明の順方向微細構造体は、光の最大強度が左12.5°および上16°にあることを可能にする。H−V点(0°,0°)で、光の強度は57.86cdである。偏向微細構造体で満たされる環境において、光の最大強度は、図3bに示されるように、67.87cdの強度でH−V点(0°,0°)にあるように調整してもよい。よって、本発明の偏向微細構造体により、光を集めて、出射光の強度を増加させてもよい。
微細構造体層上の微細構造体141は、順方向光の効率を増加させるように配置される微細構造体の1つの種類または異なる種類(順方向または偏向微細構造体など)でもよい。たとえば、より偏向した微細構造体141は、光経路を変えて、軸上の出射光の強度を増加させるように、より大きな曲線を生じる微細構造体層に配置されてもよい。他方で、より順方向の微細構造体141は、光ガイド層14上の順方向光の効率および均一性を増加させるように、より小さい曲線を生じる微細構造体層に配置されてもよい。本発明の1つの実施形態において、微細構造体層は、光ガイド層14の導光機能を支援するように、光ガイド層14の頂面または底面上に形成されてもよい。
本発明の保護筐体20は、発光装置10内の各要素を完全に覆うように、拡散層15、光カバー要素16、空気層17、およびキャリア18をさらに含んでもよい。本発明の発光装置10が車両用灯として使用されるとき、同じ形状または異なる形状の複数の微細構造体141は、保護筐体20の形状に基づいて配置されてもよい。複数の微細構造体141は、最も良好な照明効果を実現するように、1つまたは複数の曲線で成形されてもよい。結果として、本発明の車両用発光装置10は、さまざまな現代的な設計を有してもよく、同時に、照明効果の輝度均一性を高めてもよい。
Claims (38)
- プリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板上に形成される反射層と、
前記反射層上に形成される光ガイド層と、
光が前記1つまたは複数の側面から前記光ガイド層に入ることを可能にするために前記光ガイド層の1つまたは複数の側面上に設けられる1つまたは複数の光源と、を備え、
前記光ガイド層は1つまたは複数の曲線で曲げることができ、
前記光ガイド層の1つの表面は、最も良好な照明効果を実現し、輝度均一性を向上させる複数の微細構造体によって形成されることを特徴とする、
発光装置。 - 前記複数の微細構造体のそれぞれは凸形状または凹形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の微細構造体は2つ以上の三次元形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層上に形成される拡散層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層と前記拡散層との間に設けられる光カバー要素をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の光源は発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層と前記拡散層との間に形成される空気層をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板と、前記反射層と、前記光ガイド層と、前記1つまたは複数の光源とを支えるためのキャリアをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 光が入る前記光ガイド層の前記側面は凹形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は自動車車体に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は方向指示灯を発する物体に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡散層上に形成される光強化層をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記拡散層上に形成される偏向層をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- プリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板上に形成される反射層と、
前記反射層上に形成される光ガイド層と、
光が前記1つまたは複数の側面から前記光ガイド層に入ることを可能にするために前記光ガイド層の1つまたは複数の側面上に設けられる1つまたは複数の光源と、
前記光ガイド層より上または下に形成される屈曲可能な微細構造体層と、を備え、
前記屈曲可能な微細構造体層はその表面上に複数の微細構造体を有し、前記微細構造体のそれぞれは前記屈曲可能な微細構造体層の全体形状に基づいて前記表面上で隣り合って組み立てられる第1の形状または第2の形状を有し、
前記第1の形状は少なくとも1つの曲面を有し、前記第2の形状は光強化および偏向効果を実現する少なくとも1つの平坦面を有することを特徴とする、
発光装置。 - 前記屈曲可能な微細構造体層は前記光ガイド層の頂面または底面に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の微細構造体のそれぞれは凸形状または凹形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の微細構造体は2つ以上の三次元形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層上に形成される拡散層をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層と前記拡散層との間に設けられる光カバー要素をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の光源は発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層と前記拡散層との間に形成される空気層をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板と、前記反射層と、前記1つまたは複数の光源と、前記屈曲可能な微細構造体層と、前記光ガイド層と支えるためのキャリアをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 光が入る前記光ガイド層の前記側面は凹形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は自動車車体に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。

光が前記1つまたは複数の側面から前記光ガイド層に入ることを可能にするために前記光ガイド層の1つまたは複数の側面上に設けられる1つまたは複数の光源と、
前記車体を接続し、前記プリント回路基板と、前記反射層と、前記1つまたは複数の光源と、前記光ガイド層とを覆う保護筐体と、を備え、
前記光ガイド層は1つまたは複数の曲線で曲げることができ、
前記光ガイド層の1つの表面は、最も良好な照明効果を実現するために前記保護筐体の形状に基づいて配置される複数の微細構造体によって形成されることを特徴とする、
車両用発光装置。 - 前記複数の微細構造体のそれぞれは凸形状または凹形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の微細構造体は2つ以上の三次元形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層上に形成され、前記保護筐体内に覆われる拡散層をさらに備える、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層と前記拡散層との間に設けられ、前記保護筐体内に覆われる光カバー要素をさらに備える、請求項31に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の光源は発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイド層と前記拡散層との間に形成される空気層をさらに備える、請求項31に記載の装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板と、前記反射層と、前記光ガイド層と、前記1つまたは複数の光源とを支えるためのキャリアをさらに備える、請求項28に記載の装置。
