Abstract
【解決手段】複数の材料を接着して積層したパネル構造において、該パネル構造の一部としてフェルト状繊維材3とハニカム材が水溶性接着剤で接着されており、ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁2wの先端部はフェルト状繊維材3に深く食い込んでおり、ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁2wの近傍のフェルト状繊維材3の繊維と該接着剤とが一体化して固化した部分が複合構造をなして、ハニカム材のセルを補強している吸音パネル、およびその製造法。

Description
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部は該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤とが一体化して固化した部分が複合構造をなして該ハニカム材のセルを補強していることを特徴とする吸音パネルであり、かつその製造法である。
該接着剤は、該穴あき板の穴の部分において露出している該フェルト状繊維材の全面に行きわたって表面近傍の繊維を固定し、繊維の飛散を防止し、
かつ繊維間には隙間が有って通気性が有る構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネルであり、かつ製造法である。
該接着剤ならびに該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部は該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤とが一体化して固化した部分が複合構造をなすことで該セルを補強しており、
該フェルト状繊維材と該穴あき板を接着する該接着剤は、該穴あき板の穴の部分において露出している該フェルト状繊維材の全面に行きわたって表面近傍の繊維を固定し、繊維の飛散を防止し、かつ繊維間には隙間が有って通気性が有る構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネルであり、かつ製造法である。
該フェルト状繊維材と該ハニカム材の接着によって積層方向に圧縮力をかけ、
該フェルト状繊維材に該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の端部が食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材だけが押し潰されていて、繊維の密度が高く、したがって強度が高い構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネルであり、かつ製造法である。
該接着剤ならびに該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部は該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤とが一体化して固化した部分が複合構造をなし、
硬質で連通気泡を有し吸水性を有するフェノールフォームを該ハニカム材のセルの空間に充填した構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネルであり、かつ製造法である。
該穴あき板、該フェルト状繊維材、該ハニカム材ならびに該フェノールフォームについて、それぞれが不燃材であり、
全体として不燃物であることを特徴とする吸音パネルあり、かつ製造法である。
該穴あき板、該フェルト状繊維材、該ハニカム材ならびに該フェノールフォームについて、それぞれを不燃材として、
全体として不燃物とすることを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造方法である。
該ハニカム材、該フェノールフォームならびに該反射材について、
それぞれの間を水溶性の接着剤によって接着して一体化してある構造によって自立強度が高いことを特徴とする吸音パネルである。
該ハニカム材、該フェノールフォームならびに該反射材について、
それぞれの間を水溶性の接着剤によって接着して一体化することで自立強度を高めたことを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法である。

Claims (22)
- 複数の材料を接着して積層したパネル構造において、該パネル構造の一部としてフェルト状繊維材とハニカム材が水溶性接着剤で接着されており、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部は該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤とが一体化して固化した部分が複合構造をなして、該ハニカム材のセルを補強していることを特徴とする吸音パネル。 - 複数の材料を接着して積層したパネル構造において、該パネル構造の一部としてフェルト状繊維材とハニカム材を水溶性接着剤で接着するとき、
該ハニカム材のセルを構成する壁の該フェルト状繊維材と対向する先端部に接着剤を塗布し、
両者を積層方向に強く押さえることで、該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部ならびに該接着剤を該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込ませ、
該フェルト状繊維材の内で該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の繊維と該接着剤とを一体化して固化させて製造することを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。 - 複数の材料を接着して積層したパネル構造において、該パネル構造の一部としてフェルト状繊維材と穴あき板が水溶性の接着剤によって接着してあり、
該接着剤は、該穴あき板の穴の部分において露出している該フェルト状繊維材の全面に行きわたって表面近傍の繊維を固定し、繊維の飛散を防止し、
かつ繊維間には隙間が有って通気性が有る構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネル。 - 複数の材料を接着して積層したパネル構造で、該パネル構造の一部としてフェルト状繊維材と穴あき板を水溶性の接着剤によって接着し、
該接着剤を、該穴あき板の穴の部分において露出している該フェルト状繊維材の全面に行きわたらせて、もって表面近傍の繊維を固定し、繊維の飛散を防止し、かつ繊維間には隙間を残し、通気性を持たせたことを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。 - ハニカム材、フェルト状繊維材と穴あき板がこの順に水溶性の接着剤によって接着してあり、
該接着剤ならびに該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部は該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤とが一体化して固化した部分が複合構造をなすことで該セルを補強しており、
該フェルト状繊維材と該穴あき板を接着する該接着剤は、該穴あき板の穴の部分において露出している該フェルト状繊維材の全面に行きわたって表面近傍の繊維を固定し、繊維の飛散を防止し、かつ繊維間には隙間が有って通気性が有る構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネル。 - ハニカム材、フェルト状繊維材と穴あき板をこの順に水溶性の接着剤によって接着し、
該フェルト状繊維材と該ハニカム材を積層方向に強く押さえ、該接着剤ならびに該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部を該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込ませて、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤が固化した部分を一体化して複合構造を形成して該セルを補強し、
該フェルト状繊維材と該穴あき板を接着する該接着剤を、該穴あき板の穴の部分において露出している該フェルト状繊維材の全面に行きわたらせて表面近傍の繊維を固定させることで、繊維の飛散を防止し、かつ繊維間には隙間を残し、通気性を持たせたことを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。 - 複数の材料を接着剤で接着し積層したパネル構造で、該パネル構造の一部としてフェルト状繊維材とハニカム材が隣接しており、
該フェルト状繊維材と該ハニカム材の接着によって積層方向に圧縮力がかかっており、
該フェルト状繊維材に該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の端部が食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材だけが押し潰されていて、繊維の密度が高く、したがって強度が高い構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネル。 - 複数の材料を接着剤で接着し積層したパネル構造で、該パネル構造の一部としてフェルト状繊維材とハニカム材を隣接させ、
該フェルト状繊維材と該ハニカム材の接着に際して積層方向に圧縮力をかけ、
該フェルト状繊維材に該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の端部を食い込ませ、該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材だけを押し潰し、繊維の密度が高い状態にして、それによって強度を高めることを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。 - 穴あき板、フェルト状繊維材ならびにハニカム材がこの順に積層されており、
それぞれの間を水溶性の接着剤によって接着してあり、
該接着剤ならびに該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部は該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込んでおり、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤とが一体化して固化した部分が複合構造をなし、
硬質で連通気泡を有し吸水性を有するフェノールフォームを該ハニカム材のセルの空間に充填した構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネル。 - 穴あき板、フェルト状繊維材ならびにハニカム材を、この順に積層し、
それぞれの間を水溶性の接着剤によって接着し、
該接着剤ならびに該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の先端部を該フェルト状繊維材に深く食い込ませ、
該ハニカム材のセルを形成する壁の近傍の該フェルト状繊維材の繊維と該接着剤とを一体化して固化させた部分が複合構造をなさしめ、
該ハニカム材の表面に硬質で連通気泡を有し吸水性を有するフェノールフォームを対向して重ね、全体を積層方向に強く押さえることで、該ハニカム材のセルの空間に該フェノールフォームを押し込んで充填することを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。 - 請求項9に示した吸音パネルにおいて、該ハニカム材の表面に非通気性の反射材を接着剤で接着して積層し、高い吸音性を得る構造であることを特徴とする吸音パネル。
- 請求項10に示した吸音パネルの製造法において、該ハニカム材の表面に非通気性の反射材を接着剤で接着して積層し、高い吸音性を得ることを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。
- 請求項11に示した吸音パネルにおいて、
該穴あき板、該フェルト状繊維材、該反射材がそれぞれ不燃材であり、該ハニカム材ならびに該フェノールフォームについて、それぞれが難燃材であり、
全体として不燃物であることを特徴とする吸音パネル。 - 請求項12に示した吸音パネルの製造方法において、
該穴あき板、該フェルト状繊維材、該反射材をそれぞれ不燃材とし、該ハニカム材ならびに該フェノールフォームについて、それぞれを難燃材として、
全体として不燃物とすることを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造方法。 - 請求項3または請求項5に示した吸音パネルにおいて、該穴あき板の穴の寸法が該フェルト状繊維材の繊維長より小さく、該繊維が穴を越えて外部に出て来ないことを特徴とする吸音パネル。
- 請求項4または請求項6に示した吸音パネルの製造法において、該穴あき板の穴の寸法が該フェルト状繊維材の繊維長より小さく、該繊維が穴を越えて外部に出て来ないものを使用したことを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。
- 請求項1または請求項3または請求項5または請求項7または請求項9に示した該フェルト状繊維材は、有機物もしくは無機物の繊維からなり、ニードルパンチ加工されていることを特徴とする吸音パネル。
- 請求項2または請求項4または請求項6または請求項8または請求項10に示した該フェルト状繊維材に使う有機物もしくは無機物の繊維をニードルパンチ加工することを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。
- 請求項3または請求項5または請求項9に示した該穴あき板は、エキスパンドメタルもしくはパンチングメタルであることを特徴とする吸音パネル。
- 請求項4または請求項6または請求項10に示した該穴あき板として、エキスパンドメタルもしくはパンチングメタルを使用することを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。
- 請求項11に示した吸音パネルにおいて、
該ハニカム材、該フェノールフォームならびに該反射材について、
それぞれの間を水溶性の接着剤によって接着して一体化してある構造によって自立強度が高いことを特徴とする吸音パネル。 - 請求項12に示した吸音パネルの製造法において、
該ハニカム材、該フェノールフォームならびに該反射材について、
それぞれの間を水溶性の接着剤によって接着して一体化することで自立強度を高めたことを特徴とする吸音パネルの製造法。
