Claims (9)
- 電子線を出射する電子銃と、
前記電子銃を収容する本体部、及び、基端側が前記本体部に接続され且つ先端側が前記本体部から突出するように延在するロッド部を有する筐体と、
前記ロッド部の先端側に設けられた電子線出射窓と、を具備し、
前記ロッド部は、
前記ロッド部の延在方向を軸方向とする筒形状を有し、先端側の端部に前記電子線出射窓が設けられ、前記電子線が内部を通過する第1筒状部材と、
前記ロッド部の延在方向を軸方向とする筒形状を有し、前記第1筒状部材を包囲する第2筒状部材と、
基端側から導入された冷却気体を先端側へ流通させる空間であって、前記第1筒状部材の外壁面と前記第2筒状部材の内壁面との間に設けられた冷却気体流路を少なくとも含む冷却気体流通空間と、
前記電子線出射窓の電子線出射側に面する電子線出射空間と前記冷却気体流通空間とを仕切るように設けられた壁部材と、を備え、
前記壁部材には、前記冷却気体流通空間から前記電子線出射空間へ前記冷却気体を噴出させる冷却気体噴出孔が設けられ、
前記冷却気体噴出孔は、前記冷却気体流路の流路断面積より小さい流路断面積を有する、電子線照射装置。 - 前記冷却気体噴出孔は、前記冷却気体を前記電子線出射窓の電子線出射領域に向かって噴出させる、請求項1に記載の電子線照射装置。
- 前記冷却気体噴出孔は、前記壁部材に複数設けられ、
前記冷却気体流通空間は、
前記壁部材の周囲に形成され、前記冷却気体流路と複数の前記冷却気体噴出孔とを連通させる先端空間をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電子線照射装置。 - 前記冷却気体流通空間は、
前記冷却気体流路を複数含むと共に、
前記ロッド部の基端側に形成され、複数の前記冷却気体流路と連通し、前記ロッド部外から前記冷却気体が導入される基端空間をさらに含む、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電子線照射装置。 - 前記第1筒状部材の前記外壁面と第2筒状部材の前記内壁面との少なくとも一方には、前記ロッド部の延在方向に垂直な断面において、前記冷却気体流路を構成するように前記外壁面と前記内壁面とを離間させる離間部が形成され、
前記第1筒状部材の前記外壁面と前記第2筒状部材の前記内壁面は、前記ロッド部の延在方向に垂直な断面において、少なくとも2点で接触する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電子線照射装置。 - 前記離間部は、前記第1筒状部材の前記外壁面に形成されている、請求項5に記載の電子線照射装置。
- 前記電子線の軌道を調整する調整部と、
前記電子線の集束を制御する集束部と、を具備する、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電子線照射装置。 - 前記第1筒状部材及び前記第2筒状部材の少なくとも一方は、磁性材料により形成されている、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の電子線照射装置。
- 前記電子線出射窓は、前記第1筒状部材の先端側の端面上に配置され、
前記壁部材は、筒形状を有し、前記電子線出射窓の電子線出射側の面上に配置され、
前記第2筒状部材に着脱自在に固定され、前記壁部材を前記電子線出射窓に向かって押さえ付ける押さえ部材をさらに具備する、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の電子線照射装置。
