前記第1層の接合材は、CuとSnとの金属間化合物を少なくとも2重量%含み、
前記第2層は、第1金属と第2金属とを含み、
前記第1金属はCu又はCu合金であり、前記第2金属はSn又はSn合金である、
多層プリフォームシート。
