Abstract
Description
試験方法は以下を含む。
THF中に5重量%のポリマーを溶解することにより膨潤比を測定する。次いで溶液を遠心分離して不溶解部分を分離する。その後、不溶解部分を計量し乾燥させて、次に再度計量し、湿潤重量の乾燥重量に対する比として膨潤比を定義する。
Claims (5)
- 耐衝撃性改良剤組成物であって、
98〜99.9重量%の1つ以上のアクリレートモノマー由来単位と、0.8〜1.2のアクリレートフリーラジカル反応性比を有するビニル性不飽和部分及び1を超えるアクリレートフリーラジカル反応性比を有する1つ以上の非アクリレートビニル性不飽和部分を含有する架橋剤に由来する0.1〜2重量%の単位とを有する架橋コアであって、7〜15のTHF中における膨潤比と10℃以下のガラス転移温度Tgとを有する、架橋コアと、
20〜100重量%の1つ以上の(メタ)アクリレートモノマー由来単位を有し、20℃を超えるTgを有するシェルと、を含む1つ以上のコア/シェルポリマーを含む、耐衝撃性改良剤組成物。 - 前記架橋剤が、アリルアクリレートである、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性改良剤組成物。
- 前記架橋コアが、98〜99.9重量%のブチルアクリレート由来単位と、0.1〜2重量%のアリルアクリレート由来単位と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載の耐衝撃性改良剤組成物。
- 前記架橋コアが、99.1〜99.8重量%のブチルアクリレート由来単位と、0.2〜0.9重量%のアリルアクリレート由来単位と、を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の耐衝撃性改良剤組成物。
- ポリマー組成物であって、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の0重量%超、50重量%以下である1つ以上の耐衝撃性改良剤組成物と、
ポリエステル、スチレン系ポリマー、ポリメタクリレート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、コポリマー、ならびにそれらのブレンド及びそれらの組み合わせからなるが、これらに限定されない群から選択される50以上100重量%未満の任意の構造ベースポリマーと、を含む、ポリマー組成物。
