Abstract
Description
66から94質量%の割合の、鉄が少ない1つ又は複数のマグネシアベースの原料と、
5から30質量%の割合の1つ又は複数の炭酸カルシウムベースの原料と、
1から6質量%の割合の鉄粉末と、
を含む、耐火セラミックバッチが、定形のない耐火セラミック生成物の製造のために本発明に従って提供される。
Claims (13)
- 定形のない耐火セラミック生成物の製造のための耐火セラミックバッチであって、
66から94質量%の割合の、鉄が少ない1つ又は複数のマグネシアベースの原料と、
5から30質量%の割合の1つ又は複数の炭酸カルシウムベースの原料と、
1から6質量%の割合の鉄粉末と、
を含む、耐火セラミックバッチ。 - 前記鉄が少ないマグネシアベースの原料における鉄の割合が、Fe2O3として計算して、前記鉄が少ない原料の総質量に対して、1.5質量%以下である、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- 前記鉄が少ないマグネシアベースの原料におけるカルシウムの割合が、CaOとして計算して、前記鉄が少ない原料の総質量に対して、5質量%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のバッチ。
- 前記鉄が少ないマグネシアベースの原料におけるマグネシアの割合が、前記鉄が少ない原料の総質量に対して、90質量%以上である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のバッチ。
- 以下の原料である溶融マグネシア又は焼結マグネシアの少なくとも1つの形態の、鉄が少ないマグネシアベースの原料を有する、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のバッチ。
- 前記鉄が少ないマグネシアベースの原料が10mmの最大の粒径を有する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のバッチ。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムベースの材料の炭酸カルシウムの割合が、前記炭酸カルシウムベースの原料の総質量に対して、90質量%以上である、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のバッチ。
- 以下の原料である石灰石又は白雲石の少なくとも1つの形態の炭酸カルシウムベースの原料を有する、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のバッチ。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムベースの原料が、8mmの最大の粒径を有する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のバッチ。
- 前記鉄粉末が、0.3mmの最大の粒径を有する、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のバッチ。
- 冶金溶融器をライニングするための請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のバッチの使用。
- 前記バッチが、定形のない耐火セラミック生成物に少なくとも1つの可塑剤を用いることによって調製され、前記冶金溶融器が、次いで前記定形のない耐火セラミック生成物でライニングされるという条件を有する、請求項11に記載の使用。
- 定形のない耐火セラミック生成物でライニングされる冶金溶融器であって、前記定形のない耐火セラミック生成物が、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のバッチによって生成される、冶金溶融器。
