Claims (15)
- コーヒーの味を制御するための装置であって、前記装置は、所望のコーヒーの味及び対応する調節制御信号に応じて、水の目標pH値を決定するように構成された、制御ユニットと、pH調節ユニットであって、前記pH調節ユニットに供給された前記調節制御信号に応答して、コーヒーメーカーの煎出ユニットへと送られるべき水のpH値を、前記目標pH値へと調節するよう構成された、pH調節ユニットとを有する、装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、pH値と、専門家の味の評価を通して提供されたコーヒーの味と、の間の関係に基づいて、前記水の目標pH値を決定するように構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、コーヒーの味の特性又は水の特性に関する消費者の個人的な好みに基づいて、前記水の目標pH値を決定するように構成された、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- コーヒー豆又は挽かれたコーヒーの特性を感知するよう構成されたセンサを更に有し、前記制御ユニットは、前記感知されたコーヒー豆又は挽かれたコーヒーの特性に基づいて、前記水の目標pH値を決定するように構成された、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは更に、前記コーヒーメーカーのスケールを除去するため、水の硬度設定及び処置効率の少なくとも一方に基づいて、水のスケール除去用の目標pH値を決定するように構成された、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 容器と、前記容器の中に存在するイオン交換樹脂と、を含むイオン交換器を更に有し、
前記イオン交換樹脂は、前記コーヒーメーカーの煎出ユニットに送られるべき水に含まれる陰イオンを、重炭酸イオンと交換するよう構成され、前記イオン交換樹脂は、飽和した重炭酸溶液に陰イオン交換樹脂を浸すことにより用意される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記イオン交換樹脂は更に、前記水に含まれる陽イオンを有益な陽イオンに交換するよう構成され、又は、前記イオン交換器は、前記水に含まれる硬水陽イオンを有益な陽イオンに交換するよう構成された更なるイオン交換樹脂を有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- コーヒーの味を制御する方法であって、
所望のコーヒーの味及び対応する調節制御信号に応じて、水の目標pH値を決定するステップと、
前記調節制御信号に応答して、コーヒーメーカーの煎出ユニットへと送られるべき水のpH値を、前記目標pH値へと調節するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記水の目標pH値は、pH値と、専門家の味の評価を通して提供されたコーヒーの味と、の間の関係に基づいて決定される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水の目標pH値は、コーヒーの味の特性又は水の特性に関する消費者の個人的な好みに基づいて決定される、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- コーヒー豆又は挽かれたコーヒーの特性を感知するステップを更に有し、
前記水の目標pH値は更に、前記感知されたコーヒー豆又は挽かれたコーヒーの特性に基づいて決定される、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記コーヒーメーカーのスケールを除去するため、水の硬度設定及び処置効率の少なくとも一方に基づいて、水のスケール除去用の目標pH値を決定するステップを更に有する、請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- イオン交換樹脂によって、前記コーヒーメーカーの煎出ユニットに送られるべき水に含まれる陰イオンを、重炭酸イオンと交換するステップを更に有し、前記イオン交換樹脂は、飽和した重炭酸溶液に陰イオン交換樹脂を浸すことにより用意される、請求項8乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン交換樹脂又は更なるイオン交換樹脂によって、前記水に含まれる硬水陽イオンを有益な陽イオンに交換するステップを更に有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の、コーヒーの味を制御するための装置を有する、コーヒーメーカー。
