Abstract

 汎用性に優れ装置の小型化及び低コスト化を実現した、吐出圧力及び吐出温度を調節することによって加熱圧縮温風様の空気、遠赤外線及びサブミリ波の領域の電磁波(以下、「テラヘルツ波」と称す。)、マイナスイオン風の発生方法及び発生装置ならびにこれらを利用した加工処理物、加工処理方法、加工処理装置を提供することを目的とする。  送風ブロアまたは空気圧縮機2から、空気配管8を経て加熱圧縮空気調整装置(容器3)に空気を送り込む。次に、加熱圧縮空気調整装置1の内部に封入された空気を、所定の吐出圧力(例えば、30kPa以上150kPa以下)及び吐出温度(40°C以上250°C以下)に調節しつつ、円板4の貫通孔4Aを通過させることで、加熱圧縮空気を発生させる。発生した熱風にはテラヘルツ波および発生する熱衝撃波で水分子の固有振動数と共振する共鳴電磁波を発生させ、空気中の水分子の水素結合を分離させると共に水素原子から電子を放出することでマイナスイオン風をも発生させる。この発生した熱風を乾燥、水への曝気による機能水の生成、水成燃料の生成、美容健康器具、空気や水質改善装置、内燃機関の燃焼効率向上装置等に利用した加工処理物、加工処理方法、加工処理装置を構成したものである。
