Abstract
Description
a)過フッ素アルコールにポリジオキサノンを溶解させてポリジオキサノン溶液を製造する段階;
b)ポリエチレンオキサイド−ポリプロピレンオキサイド−ポリエチレンオキサイド三元共重合体、酸(acid)、水及び界面活性剤を混合撹拌して高分子乳化溶液を製造する段階;
c)前記高分子乳化溶液に前記ポリジオキサノン溶液を混合撹拌してポリジオキサノン粒子を生成させる段階;
d)ポリジオキサノン粒子が分散されている分散溶液に安定化剤を添加して撹拌して粒子を熟成させる段階;及び
e)ポリジオキサノン粒子を回収した後、洗浄して精製する段階;
を含むフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法をその特徴とする。
1,1,1,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロ−2−プロパノール50gにポリジオキサノン(PDO;重量平均分子量200,000)0.5gを溶かしてポリジオキサノン溶液を製造した。
前記実施例1と同様な方法でポリジオキサノン粒子を製造するが、ポリジオキサノン溶液の製造時にポリジオキサノンの濃度を0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0及び5.5に変更しながらポリジオキサノン粒子を製造した。ポリジオキサノン溶液の濃度別に製造されたポリジオキサノン粒子の収率及びサイズを測定して、下記表1にまとめて示した。
前記実施例1と同様な方法でポリジオキサノン粒子を製造するが、高分子乳化溶液の製造時に使われるPEO−PPO−PEO三元共重合体の含量を異にしながらポリジオキサノン粒子を製造した。すなわち、PEO−PPO−PEO三元共重合体は、高分子乳化溶液中の濃度を0.05、0.1、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5重量%に変更し、高分子乳化溶液の組成別に製造されたポリジオキサノン粒子の収率及びサイズを測定して、下記表2にまとめて示した。
前記実施例1と同様な方法でポリジオキサノン粒子を製造するが、高分子乳化溶液製造時にエマルジョン形成のために使われる水と界面活性剤の重量比を異にしながらポリジオキサノン粒子を製造した。すなわち、水/界面活性剤の重量比を1/0、1/0.001、1/0.01、1/0.02、1/0.1に変更し、高分子乳化溶液の組成別に製造されたポリジオキサノン粒子の収率及びサイズを測定して、下記表3にまとめて示した。
前記実施例1と同様な方法でポリジオキサノン粒子を製造するが、高分子乳化溶液製造時に添加される塩酸水溶液の添加量を異にしながらポリジオキサノン粒子を製造した。すなわち、40重量%塩酸水溶液を添加して高分子乳化溶液のpHを調節し、高分子乳化溶液のpHによって生成される粒子の収率及びサイズを測定して、下記表4にまとめて示した。
ポリジオキサノン(PDO:Polydioxanone)粒子をシード重合で製造した。
ポリジオキサノン(PDO:Polydioxanone)粒子を懸濁重合で製造した。
本実験においては、ポリジオキサノン原料と前記原料を使い、本発明の粒子化方法で製造されたポリジオキサノン粒子の物理化学的特性を下記の実験方法で測定して比較した。
1)固有粘度(Inherent Viscosity;I.V)は極少量高周波粘度計で測定した値で、まず工程の前後のサンプル(0.1g)をそれぞれ取った後、30℃でHFIP(1,1,1,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロ−2−プロパノール)溶媒に0.1%(w/v)を製造した後、5mgを取って測定した。
Claims (12)
- a)過フッ素アルコールにポリジオキサノンを溶解させてポリジオキサノン溶液を製造する段階;
b)ポリエチレンオキサイド−ポリプロピレンオキサイド−ポリエチレンオキサイド三元共重合体、酸(acid)、水及び界面活性剤を混合撹拌して高分子乳化溶液を製造する段階;
c)前記高分子乳化溶液に前記ポリジオキサノン溶液を混合撹拌してポリジオキサノン粒子を生成させる段階;
d)ポリジオキサノン粒子が分散されている分散溶液に安定化剤を添加して撹拌して粒子を熟成させる段階;及び
e)ポリジオキサノン粒子を回収した後、洗浄して精製する段階;
を含む、フィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。 - 前記a)段階の過フッ素アルコールはフッ素原子が3〜13個置換された炭素数1〜6のアルコール化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記a)段階の過フッ素アルコールは1,1,1,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロ−2−プロパノールであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記a)段階のポリジオキサノン溶液は、ポリジオキサノンの濃度が1.0〜5.0重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記b)段階の高分子乳化溶液は、ポリエチレンオキサイド−ポリプロピレンオキサイド−ポリエチレンオキサイド三元共重合体の濃度が0.1〜2.0重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記b)段階のポリエチレンオキサイド−ポリプロピレンオキサイド−ポリエチレンオキサイド三元共重合体は重量平均分子量が1,000〜50,000g/molの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記b)段階の酸(acid)は、塩酸、硝酸、酢酸、硫酸、炭酸、リン酸及びホウ酸からなる群から選択された1種以上で、水に20〜40重量%の濃度で溶解させて水溶液として使うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記b)段階の酸(acid)は、高分子乳化溶液のpHが1.5〜4.5となるように使うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記b)段階の界面活性剤は、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノパルミテート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノオレエート、及びポリオキシエチレンソルビタントリオレエートからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記c)段階の撹拌は超音波振動または高速撹拌器を使う条件で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記d)段階の安定化剤は、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノール、ブタノール、エチルアセテート、酢酸、アセトアルデヒド、メチレンクロライド、クロロホルム、アセトン、ジメチル及びその水溶液からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
- 前記d)段階の安定化剤は、前記高分子乳化溶液100重量部を基準に100〜500重量部使うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィラー用ポリジオキサノン粒子の製造方法。
