Abstract
Description
クラレポバールPVA205(ポリビニルアルコール、ケン化度86.5−89.0%、クラレ製)5.69gと、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)51.21gとを100mL四つ口フラスコに投入し、100℃に加熱しながら撹拌し、クラレポバールPVA205の溶液を得た。溶液において、ポリビニルアルコールの濃度は、10質量%であった。
製造例1で得られたポリビニルアルコールのリン酸エステル変性体(PVP)を水に溶解させ、25質量%PVP水溶液を得た。
製造例1で得られたポリビニルアルコールのリン酸エステル変性体(PVP)を水に溶解させ、25質量%PVP水溶液を得た。
温度調節機付きの1m3の反応容器に、ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液(SiO2濃度:10g/L、モル比:SiO2/Na2O=3.43)230Lを投入し、90℃に昇温した。
凝集抑制剤を、表2に示す種類に変更した以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、タイヤ用フィラーを得た。また、得られたタイヤ用フィラーを用いて、実施例1と同じ方法で、タイヤ用ゴム組成物および成形品を得た。
<低燃費性>
粘弾性測定装置(装置名EPLEXOR500N、GABO社製)により、以下の条件でtanδを測定した。
・測定条件
測定モード:ひずみ分散
静的負荷:10%ひずみ
動的負荷:±0.1%〜±10%以上
周波数:10Hz
温度:60℃
そして、凝集抑制剤を添加しなかった場合(比較例1)の値を100とし、tanδを指数表示した。その結果を、表2に併せて示す。

Claims (8)
- シリカ粒子と、前記シリカ粒子の凝集を抑制する凝集抑制剤とを含有するタイヤ用フィラーであって、
前記凝集抑制剤が、ポリビニルアルコールおよび/またはその変性体を含有することを特徴とする、タイヤ用フィラー。 - 前記ポリビニルアルコールのケン化度が80%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ用フィラー。
- 前記凝集抑制剤が、ポリビニルアルコールのリン酸エステル変性体を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ用フィラー。
- 前記凝集抑制剤が、ポリビニルアルコールのリン酸エステル変性体の塩を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ用フィラー。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ用フィラーと、
ゴム成分とを含有することを特徴とする、タイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 請求項5に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする、タイヤ。
- ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液から得られ、一度も乾燥されていないシリカを含むシリカスラリーに、凝集抑制剤を添加する添加工程と、
前記添加工程の後、前記シリカスラリーを乾燥させる乾燥工程と
を備え、
前記凝集抑制剤が、ポリビニルアルコールおよび/またはその変性体を含有することを特徴とする、タイヤ用フィラーの製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載のタイヤ用フィラーの製造方法に用いられ、
ポリビニルアルコールおよび/またはその変性体を含有することを特徴とする、凝集抑制剤。
