Claims (10)
- 変速レバーハウジングに対して前後方向に回動可能に結合され、シフトケーブルとセレクトケーブルのいずれか一方の変速ケーブルが結合される下部レバー;及び
前記下部レバーに左右方向に回動可能に結合され、他方の変速ケーブルが結合される上部レバー;を含むことを特徴とする、手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。 - 前記下部レバーには前記上部レバーが回動可能に結合されるレバーホルダーが設けられ、前記レバーホルダーにはレバー軸が設けられることにより、前記上部レバーが前記レバー軸によって回動可能に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記上部レバーには、前記レバーホルダーに回動可能に結合される回動軸部と、前記回動軸部から突設され、変速ケーブルが結合されるケーブル突起とが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記レバー軸は、前記レバーホルダーと前記回動軸部を前後方向に貫通して結合されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記回動軸部は前記レバーホルダーの内側に挿入され、前記ケーブル突起は前記レバーホルダーに形成されたホルダー孔を通じて前記レバーホルダーの外側に突出することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記レバーホルダーの左右側面には前記レバーホルダーの回動中心となる円形ヒンジ部が突設され、前記円形ヒンジ部にはブッシュが結合されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記変速レバーハウジングには、前記レバーホルダーが挿入されるハウジングチャンバーが上側が開口するように形成され、前記変速レバーハウジングの両側面には、前記円形ヒンジ部に結合されたブッシュが挿入されるように上側が開口したハウジングブッシュ凹部が形成され、前記変速レバーハウジングには、前記ハウジングチャンバーの開口した上側部をカバーするようにハウジングカバーが結合されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記ハウジングブッシュ凹部に挿入された前記ブッシュのエッジ部は前記ハウジングブッシュ凹部から突出し、前記ハウジングカバーの左右側面には、前記ハウジングブッシュ凹部から突出した前記ブッシュのエッジ部と接触するようにカバーブッシュ凹部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記下部レバーに結合される変速ケーブルはシフトケーブルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
- 前記上部レバーに結合される変速ケーブルはセレクトケーブルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手動変速機の変速レバーアセンブリー。
