Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の封着材料は、金属材料を封着するための封着材料において、アルカリケイ酸塩ガラスからなるガラス粉末 70〜100質量%と、セラミック粉末 0〜30質量%とを含有し、30〜380℃の温度範囲における線熱膨張係数が170×10−7/℃より大きく、且つ130×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする。

Description
試料No.1と試料No.2を質量比1:1で混合した後、顆粒化して、封着材料を得た。この封着材料の30〜380℃の温度範囲における線熱膨張係数は110×10−7/℃であった。なお、この封着材料の線熱膨張係数は、封着材料の軟化点より30℃高い温度で焼結させた焼結体を所定形状に加工したものを測定試料とし、TMAで測定した平均値である(実験2でも同様)。
試料No.1とクリストバライト粉末(平均粒子径D50:約10μm)を質量比96:4で混合した後、顆粒化して、封着材料を得た。この封着材料の30〜380℃の温度範囲における線熱膨張係数は110×10−7/℃であった。

Claims (8)
- 金属材料を封着するための封着材料において、
アルカリケイ酸塩ガラスからなるガラス粉末 70〜100質量%と、セラミック粉末 0〜30質量%とを含有し、
30〜380℃の温度範囲における線熱膨張係数が100×10−7/℃より大きく、且つ170×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする封着材料。 - ガラス粉末として、高膨張ガラス粉末を含み、該高膨張ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 55〜75%、B2O3 0〜10%、A12O3 1〜12%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 17〜28%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜15%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封着材料。
- ガラス粉末として、高膨張ガラス粉末と低膨張ガラス粉末とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の封着材料。
- ガラス粉末 70〜99質量%と、セラミック粉末 1〜30質量%とを含有し、
ガラス粉末として、低膨張ガラス粉末を含み、且つセラミック粉末として、高膨張セラミック粉末を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封着材料。 - 高膨張セラミック粉末として、クリストバライト、トリジマイト、フッ化カルシウムの何れを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の封着材料。
- 顆粒形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の封着材料。
- 焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の封着材料。
- 気密端子の封着に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の封着材料。
