Claims (6)
- 質量百分率で、RO(Rはアルカリ土類金属) 3〜20%、SiO2 69〜74%、B2O3 0.1〜3%、Al2O3 2〜6%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜10%、SrO 0.1〜4%、BaO 4.5〜8%、ZnO 0〜4%、Li2O 2〜4%、Na2O 3〜6%、K2O 8〜11%、Sb2O3 0.05〜2%を含有し、室温から1100℃まで加熱した時のCO2放出量が10μl/g以下であるガラスからなることを特徴とする金属封着用ガラス管。
- SiO2、B2O3、Al2O3、RO(Rはアルカリ土類金属)及びR’2O(R’はアルカリ金属)の含有量が合量で97質量%以上であるガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属封着用ガラス管。
- 30〜380℃における平均線熱膨張係数が85〜105×10−7/℃であるガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属封着用ガラス管。
- 質量百分率で、SiO2 69〜74%、B2O3 0.1〜3%、Al2O3 2〜6%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜10%、SrO 0.1〜4%、BaO 4.5〜8%、ZnO 0〜4%、Li2O 2〜4%、Na2O 3〜6%、K2O 8〜11%、Sb2O3 0.05〜2%を含有する金属封着用ガラス。
- 体積抵抗率が、DIN522326に基づく、108Ω・cmを示す温度tk100の値で300℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金属封着用ガラス。
- 30〜380℃における平均線熱膨張係数が85〜105×10−7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の金属封着用ガラス。
