Abstract
【解決手段】給電中継回路2Aは車両のキャビン側に設けられ、車両のエンジンルームに設けられる主電池1から給電される負荷6a,6b,6cに、副電池2Bからの給電を中継する。給電中継回路2Aは、副電池2Bに接続された受電線54と、負荷6a,6b,6cに対応して設けられ、各々がその対応する負荷6a,6b,6cへ給電する給電線5a,5b,5cと、給電線5a,5b,5cに対応して設けられ、各々がその対応する給電線5a,5b,5cと受電線54との間に接続されるスイッチ21,22,23と、主電池1の電圧が所定の閾値よりも低い場合にスイッチ21,22,23を導通させる制御回路20とを備える。

図5は上記の実施の形態において、負荷6a,6b,6cのそれぞれが、一つの給電ポートのみを有する場合において、主電池1からも副電池モジュール2からも給電可能とする変形の構成を示すブロック図である。

Claims (7)
- 車両のエンジンルームに設けられる主電池から給電される負荷に、副電池からの給電を中継する給電中継回路であって、
前記副電池に接続された受電線と、
前記負荷に対応して設けられ、各々がその対応する前記負荷へ給電する給電線と、
前記給電線に対応して設けられ、各々がその対応する前記給電線と前記受電線との間に接続されるスイッチと、
前記主電池の電圧が所定の閾値よりも低い場合に前記スイッチを導通させる制御回路と
を備え、
前記車両のキャビン側に設けられる、給電中継回路。 - 請求項1記載の給電中継回路であって、
前記制御回路は前記スイッチを、対応する前記負荷に設定される閾値よりも前記副電池の蓄電状態が小さくなったときにオフする、給電中継回路。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の給電中継回路であって、前記主電池の電圧は、前記受電線を介して前記副電池と接続された主電圧検出回路によって検出される給電中継回路。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の給電中継回路であって、
前記スイッチの各々は、
前記給電線に接続される第1端と、
前記受電線に接続される第2端と、
前記第1端と接続される第3端と、前記制御回路の制御端子に接続される第4端とを有し、自身に電流が流れることによって前記第1端と前記第2端との間を導通させる導通制御素子と
を有するリレーであって、
前記制御回路は前記制御端子の電位を制御することによって前記副電池から前記導通制御素子に電流を流し、以て前記第1端と前記第2端とが導通する給電中継回路。 - 請求項4記載の給電中継回路であって、
前記スイッチの各々と前記給電線との間に設けられるヒューズ
を更に備え、
前記制御回路は前記制御端子の電位を検出することによって前記ヒューズの失陥の有無を検出する給電中継回路。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の給電中継回路と、
前記副電池と
を備え、
前記副電池は前記キャビン側に設けられる副電池モジュール。 - 請求項6記載の副電池モジュールと、
前記主電池と
を備える電源システム。
