Abstract
Description
1.基材上に化粧被膜を有する積層体であって、
上記化粧被膜は、その表面形状に凹凸を有する吸放湿性化粧被膜であり、
上記化粧被膜の表面には、繊維が散在しており、
上記繊維の平均繊維長は、上記化粧被膜における輪郭曲線要素の平均長さよりも長く、当該繊維は、上記化粧被膜における2以上の凸部を跨ぐように散在していることを特徴とする積層体。
2.上記化粧被膜の吸放湿量が70g/m2以上であることを特徴とする1.に記載の積層体。
3.上記化粧被膜の付着強度が、0.5N/mm2以上であることを特徴とする1.に記載の積層体。
4.上記化粧被膜の表面における単位面積当たりの繊維の本数が3〜100[本/cm2]であることを特徴とする1.〜3.のいずれかに記載の積層体。

本発明の積層体は、基材の上に、特定の化粧被膜を有することを特徴とするものである。
上記(A)成分が好ましくは500〜3000重量部(好ましくは600〜2000重量部)、
上記(B)成分が好ましくは50〜500重量部(より好ましくは60〜400重量部)である。
このような場合、本発明に適した表面凹凸が化粧被膜(1)に形成されやすい。
酢酸ビニル樹脂100重量部に、骨材(珪砂、寒水石等)1200重量部、吸放湿性成分(多孔質シリカ、珪藻土等)300重量部、充填材(タルク)160重量部、着色顔料10重量部、及び添加剤、水(適量)を混合した主材を製造した。
次いで、上記主材に、ガラス繊維(繊維長6mm、繊維径5μm)20重量部を混合し、基材(石膏ボード)上に、塗付量2kg/m2で鏝塗りし、23℃で24時間乾燥、硬化させ、積層体1を製造した。
得られた積層体1を、15倍ルーペで観察したところ、化粧被膜表面に微視的な凹凸形状(w=1mm、h=0.5mm)を有し、2以上の凸部を跨ぐようにガラス繊維が散在していた。また、化粧被膜の表面における単位面積当たりの繊維の本数は35[本/cm2]であった。さらに、得られた積層体の吸放湿量は120g/m2、付着強度は0.6N/m2であった。
Claims (4)
- 基材上に化粧被膜を有する積層体であって、
上記化粧被膜は、その表面形状に凹凸を有する吸放湿性化粧被膜であり、
上記化粧被膜の表面には、上記繊維が散在しており、
上記繊維の平均繊維長は、化粧被膜における輪郭曲線要素の平均長さよりも長く、当該繊維は、上記化粧被膜における2以上の凸部を跨ぐように散在していることを特徴とする積層体。 - 上記化粧被膜の吸放湿量が70g/m2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 上記化粧被膜の付着強度が、0.5N/mm2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 上記化粧被膜の表面における単位面積当たりの繊維の本数が3〜100[本/cm2]であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の積層体。
