Abstract
【解決手段】電動式オイルポンプに設置された逆止弁と並行に補助的な逆止弁を設けることによって、逆止弁が固着した場合にも油温を測定することが可能となる。また、補助的な逆止弁の油路の流通抵抗を逆止弁より大きく、また最低開弁圧力差を小さく設定することにより、より正確な油温の測定と、故障の判定とが可能となる。また、電動式オイルポンプおよび油路の故障判定に、電動式オイルポンプの回転速度と油温とを用いることによって、温度センサの測定ばらつき等の影響を軽減することができる。

Claims (4)
- 並列接続された電動式オイルポンプおよび機械式オイルポンプと、前記電動式オイルポンプの吐出油路に設けられた第1逆止弁と、前記機械式オイルポンプの吐出油路に設けられた第2逆止弁と、前記第1逆止弁および前記第2逆止弁の下流側の合流部に設けられた油温センサとを備えた車両用動力伝達装置)であって、
前記油温センサの上流に位置し、前記第1逆止弁と並列に設けられた第3逆止弁を備えることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第3逆止弁を備えた油路の流通抵抗は第1逆止弁を備えた油路の流通抵抗より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第3逆止弁の最低開弁圧力差は、第1逆止弁の最低開弁圧力差より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記電動式オイルポンプの回転数が、所定の故障判定回転数より低い場合に、前記電動式オイルポンプ、もしくは前記第1逆止弁を備えた油路に故障があると判定する故障判定手段を備え、
前記所定の故障判定回転数は、前記第1逆止弁が開弁せず、かつ前記第3逆止弁が開弁した場合において、前記電動式オイルポンプが正常に動作し、前記電動式オイルポンプから前記油温センサまでの前記第3逆止弁を経由する油路を経由してオイルが正常に供給されているときの、前記油温センサによって測定された油温に対する前記電動式オイルポンプの回転数より大きい回転数であり、また、
前記所定の故障判定回転数は、前記第1逆止弁が開弁した場合において、前記電動式オイルポンプが正常に動作し、前記電動式オイルポンプから前記油温センサまでの前記第1逆止弁を経由する油路を経由してオイルが正常に供給されているときの、前記油温センサによって測定された油温に対する前記電動式オイルポンプの回転数より小さい回転数であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1の車両用動力伝達装置。
