Claims (3)
- 並列接続された電動式オイルポンプおよび機械式オイルポンプと、前記電動式オイルポンプの吐出油路に設けられた第1逆止弁と、前記機械式オイルポンプの吐出油路に設けられた第2逆止弁と、前記第1逆止弁および前記第2逆止弁の下流側の合流部に設けられた油温センサとを備えた車両用動力伝達装置であって、
前記油温センサの上流に位置し、前記第1逆止弁と並列に設けられた第3逆止弁と、
前記電動式オイルポンプの回転数が、所定の故障判定回転数より低い場合に、前記電動式オイルポンプ、もしくは前記第1逆止弁を備えた油路に故障があると判定する故障判定手段とを、備え、
前記所定の故障判定回転数は、前記第1逆止弁が開弁せず、かつ前記第3逆止弁が開弁した場合において、前記電動式オイルポンプが正常に動作し、前記電動式オイルポンプから前記油温センサまでの前記第3逆止弁を経由する油路を経由してオイルが正常に供給されているときの、前記油温センサによって測定された油温に対する前記電動式オイルポンプの回転数より大きい回転数であり、また、
前記所定の故障判定回転数は、前記第1逆止弁が開弁した場合において、前記電動式オイルポンプが正常に動作し、前記電動式オイルポンプから前記油温センサまでの前記第1逆止弁を経由する油路を経由してオイルが正常に供給されているときの、前記油温センサによって測定された油温に対する前記電動式オイルポンプの回転数より小さい回転数であることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第3逆止弁を備えた油路の流通抵抗は第1逆止弁を備えた油路の流通抵抗より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第3逆止弁の最低開弁圧力差は、第1逆止弁の最低開弁圧力差より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置。
