Claims (4)
- ポペットバルブを開閉駆動するバルブアクチュエータであって、
モータと、前記モータの駆動力を前記ポペットバルブに伝達する伝達機構と、を備え、
前記伝達機構は、倍力機構を含み、
前記倍力機構は、シリンダと、前記シリンダ内で軸線を中心に回転する入力盤と、前記シリンダ内で軸線方向に沿って往復動する出力盤と、前記入力盤と前記出力盤とを繋ぐリンクと、を含む立体トグル機構である
ことを特徴とするバルブアクチュエータ。 - 前記倍力機構は、ボールジョイントを含み、前記ボールジョイントは、前記入力盤の外縁部と前記リンクの一端とを連結するとともに、前記出力盤の外縁部と前記リンクの他端とを連結し、前記シリンダの内周面に当接するように前記シリンダ内に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアクチュエータ。
- 前記倍力機構は、前記出力盤と前記ポペットバルブの弁体との間に設けられ、前記出力盤から前記弁体を介して弁座シートに伝わる荷重を制限するロードリミッタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブアクチュエータ。
- 前記倍力機構は、前記シリンダの内周面に形成され、前記リンクの移動を規制するストッパを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のバルブアクチュエータ。
