Claims (6)
- 緊急を要する情報である緊急情報に応じて移動物体を自動停止する自動停止装置であって、
前記緊急情報を受信する緊急情報受信部と、
前記緊急情報に基づいて、当該緊急情報の緊急度を複数段階で判定する緊急度判定部と、
前記移動物体の周囲に関する情報を取得する周囲情報取得部と、
前記緊急度と、前記移動物体の周囲に関する情報とに基づいて、前記移動物体を自動停止させるまでの時間を判定する停止時間判定部と、
前記判定された時間で前記移動物体を自動停止させる自動停止部と、
を有する自動停止装置。 - 前記停止時間判定部は、前記緊急情報の緊急度が高い段階である場合には、低い段階である場合と比較して、前記移動物体を自動停止させるための時間が短くなるように判定する、
請求項1に記載の自動停止装置。 - 前記移動物体は車両であって、
前記周囲情報取得部は、少なくとも自車両と後続車両との車間距離に関する情報を車両の周囲に関する情報として取得し、
前記停止時間判定部は、前記自車両と後続車両との車間距離が小さい場合は、大きい場合と比較して、前記自車両を自動停止させるための時間が長くなるように判定する、
請求項1に記載の自動停止装置。 - 前記自車両の状態に関する情報を取得する自車両情報取得部をさらに有し、
前記停止時間判定部は、前記緊急度と、前記車両の周囲に関する情報と、前記車両の状態に関する情報とに基づいて、前記自車両を自動停止させるまでの時間を判定する、
請求項3に記載の自動停止装置。 - 前記自車両情報取得部は、少なくとも自車両の車速に関する情報を前記車両の状態に関する情報として取得し、
前記停止時間判定部は、前記自車両の車速が小さい場合は、大きい場合と比較して、自車両を自動停止させるための時間が短くなるように判定する、
請求項4に記載の自動停止装置。 - 緊急を要する情報である緊急情報に応じて移動物体を自動停止する自動停止方法であって、
前記移動物体の周囲に関する情報を取得する周囲情報取得ステップと、
前記緊急情報を受信する受信ステップと、
前記緊急情報に基づいて、当該緊急情報の緊急度を複数段階で判定する緊急度判定ステップと、
前記緊急度と、前記移動物体の周囲に関する情報とに基づいて、前記移動物体を自動停止させるまでの時間を判定する停止時間判定ステップと、
前記判定された時間で前記移動物体を自動停止させる自動停止ステップと、
を有する自動停止方法。
