Abstract
Description
(i)水性媒体と、
(ii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物と、
(iii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上の官能性シラン化合物と、を含み、
前記イソシアネート化合物が、
(a)1つ以上の親水的に修飾されたオリゴ−イソシアネート、
(b)1つ以上のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタンであって、前記ポリウレタンが、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオール、1つ以上のポリエステルポリオール、またはこれらの混合物、及び1つ以上のポリイソシアネートの反応生成物を含む、1つ以上のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタン、ならびに
(c)(a)及び(b)の混合物から成る群より選択され、
前記接着剤組成物が、着色剤を含有しない。
(A)水系接着剤組成物の層を前記ポリマーフィルムまたは金属箔の表面に適用するステップと、
(B)前記接着剤組成物の前記層を乾燥させて、乾燥接着剤の層を生成するステップと、
(C)前記乾燥後、金属箔またはポリマーフィルムの表面を、前記乾燥接着剤組成物の前記層と接触させるステップと、を含み、
前記水系接着剤組成物は、本発明の第1の態様に説明される。
SPU1+Cat F=Adcote(商標)545−75EA(「SPU1」)及びCatalyst F(「Cat F」)は、Dow Chemical Companyからの2成分溶媒系接着剤製品である
ラテックス「L」は、ROBOND(商標)L−168Aである、Dow Chemical Companyからの水性ラテックスコポリマーであり、1つ以上のアクリルモノマーの重合単位を含有する。
イソシアネート1=ROBOND(商標)COREACTANT CR3Aである、Dow Chemical Companyからの水分散性脂肪族イソシアネートトリマーである。
PTMEG1=InvistaからのTetrathane(商標)2000ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール、MW=2000
PPG1=Dow Chemical CompanyからのVaranol(商標)V 9287Aポリプロピレングリコール、MW=2000

シラン2=Momentiveによって供給されたSilquest(商標)A189メルカプト−プロピルトリメトキシシラン
シラン3=Momentiveによって供給されたSilquest(商標)A187ガンマ−(2,3−エポキシプロポキシ)プロピルトリメトキシシラン
DI水は、脱イオン水である
FF:フィルム伸長を伴わないフィルム欠損(基材が伸長を伴わずに破損する)
FT:引張伸長を伴うフィルム断裂(基材が伸長し、かつ破損する)
Claims (4)
- 水系接着剤組成物であって、
(i)水性媒体と、
(ii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物と、
(iii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上の官能性シラン化合物と、を含み、
前記イソシアネート化合物が、
(a)1つ以上の親水的に修飾されたオリゴ−イソシアネート、
(b)1つ以上のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタンであって、前記ポリウレタンが、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオール、1つ以上のポリエステルポリオール、またはこれらの混合物、及び1つ以上のポリイソシアネートの反応生成物を含む、1つ以上のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタン、ならびに
(c)(a)及び(b)の混合物から成る群より選択され、
前記接着剤組成物が、着色剤を含有しない、前記組成物。 - 前記1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物が、1つ以上のウレタンプレポリマーを含み、前記ウレタンプレポリマーが、1つ以上のポリオールとの4,4′−MDIの反応生成物を含む、請求項1に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物が、1つ以上の親水的に修飾されたイソシアネートトリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記水性媒体中に懸濁される粒子の形態の1つ以上の非ウレタンポリマーを更に含む、請求項1に記載の前記組成物。
