Description
(a)前記ポリウレタンの分散された粒子であって、前記ポリウレタンが、
(i)1つ以上のポリイソシアネート、
(ii)1つ以上のポリオールを含むポリオール成分、及び
(iii)以下の構造を有する1つ以上の有機金属化合物
(b)1分子あたり2つ以上のイソシアネート基を有する、1つ以上のイソシアネート架橋剤と、を含む。
(A)本発明の第1の態様の組成物の層を、金属箔またはポリマーフィルムの表面に適用することと、
(B)前記層を乾燥させるか、前記層が乾燥することを可能にして、乾燥接着剤層を形成することと、
(C)前記乾燥接着剤層を金属箔またはポリマーフィルムの表面と接触させて、前記積層体を形成することと、を含む。
27.9gのIsonate 50 OPを、107.2gのCapa 2302、12gのPEG1000、3.8gのDPG、及び5gのYmer N 120の混合物に添加し、次いで、理論的NCO含有量に到達するまで、65〜90℃で4〜5時間反応させた。プレポリマーをプラスチック瓶の中へ移し、1〜3分間、高速(2000〜3000rpm)下で、19.8gのDS−4をプラスチック瓶の中へ添加し、次いで、高速下で330gの冷DI水(5℃)を添加して、均質な水中油分散液を確保し、次いで、3,4gのPDA水溶液(20%)を分散液の中へゆっくりと添加し、次いで、15〜30分間、1000〜1500rpmでの撹拌を維持し、次いで、1.7gのB−515.71Wを添加し、次いで、15〜30分間、1000〜1500rpmでの撹拌を維持した。31.6%の固体含有量、6.4のpHを有する水性分散が達成された。

上で言及されるPUDの各々を、10分間、1000rpmの撹拌下で、PUDの総重量に基づいて、2%の架橋剤CR3Aと混合し(後述の場合を除き)、次いで、K101コントロールコータを使用して、1次基材上を2.0〜2.3グラム毎平方メートルのコーティング重量でコーティングした。オーブンを使用して、接着剤中の水を取り除いた。次いで、ホットロールラミネータHL−101を使用して、1次基材上に2次基材を積層させた。ニップ温度は、積層の間、約65℃に維持された。次いで、250mm/分の速度でInstron 5943機械において、T剥離結合強度試験を実行する前に、積層されたフィルムを室温で7日間調整し、結果は以下のとおりである。結果は、15mm幅あたりのNewtonで報告される。
Claims (5)
- 水性ポリウレタン分散液であって、
(a)前記ポリウレタンの分散された粒子であって、前記ポリウレタンが、
(i)1つ以上のポリイソシアネート、
(ii)1つ以上のポリオールを含むポリオール成分、及び
(iv)以下の構造を有する1つ以上の有機金属化合物
(b)1分子あたり2つ以上のイソシアネート基を有する、1つ以上のイソシアネート架橋剤と、を含む、水性ポリウレタン分散液。 - 前記rが0であり、前記pが0であり、前記qが2〜13である、請求項1に記載の水性分散液。
- 前記ポリオール成分が、1つ以上のポリエステルポリオール、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオール、またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の水性分散液。
- 前記イソシアネート架橋剤が、アニオン性基、及びエチレンオキシドの残基を含有する基を含むポリイソシアネートである、請求項1に記載の水性分散液。
- 積層体を形成する方法であって、
(A)請求項1に記載の前記組成物の層を、金属箔またはポリマーフィルムの表面に適用することと、
(B)前記層を乾燥させるか、前記層が乾燥することを可能にして、乾燥接着剤層を形成することと、
(C)前記乾燥接着剤層を金属箔またはポリマーフィルムの表面と接触させて、前記積層体を形成することと、を含む、方法。
