Description
(A)水系接着剤組成物の層を前記ポリマーフィルムまたは金属箔の表面に適用するステップと、

前記水系接着剤組成物が、
(i)水性媒体、
(ii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物、及び
(iii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上の官能性シラン化合物を含む。

(ii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物と、
(iii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上の官能性シラン化合物と、を含む。
SPU1+Cat F=Adcote(商標)545−75EA(「SPU1」)及びCatalyst F(「Cat F」)は、Dow Chemical Companyからの2成分溶媒系接着剤製品である。
ラテックス「L」は、ROBOND(商標)L−168Aである、Dow Chemical Companyからの水性ラテックスコポリマーであり、1つ以上のアクリルモノマーの重合単位を含有する。

Claims (5)
- 金属箔をポリマーフィルムに結合させる方法であって、
(A)水系接着剤組成物の層を前記金属箔の表面に適用するステップと、
(B)前記接着剤組成物の前記層を乾燥させて、乾燥接着剤の層を生成するステップと、
(C)前記乾燥後、ポリマーフィルムの表面を、前記乾燥接着剤組成物の前記層と接触させるステップと、を含み、
前記水系接着剤組成物が、
(i)水性媒体、
(ii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物、及び
(iii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上の官能性シラン化合物を含み、
前記イソシアネート化合物が、1つ以上の親水的に修飾されたイソシアネートトリマーおよび1つ以上のウレタンプレポリマーを含み、前記親水的に修飾されたイソシアネートトリマーが以下の構造を有し、
前記ウレタンプレポリマーは、1つ以上のポリオールまたは1つ以上のポリアミンまたはこれらの混合物と、1つ以上のポリイソシアネートとの、ポリイソシアネートのモル過剰での反応生成物である、前記方法。 - 前記ポリマーフィルムが、ポリオレフィンである、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記1つ以上のウレタンプレポリマーが、1つ以上のポリオールとの4,4’−MDIの反応生成物を含む、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 金属箔をポリマーフィルムに結合させる方法であって、
(A)水系接着剤組成物の層を前記金属箔の表面に適用するステップと、
(B)前記接着剤組成物の前記層を乾燥させて、乾燥接着剤の層を生成するステップと、
(C)前記乾燥後、ポリエチレンフィルムの表面を、前記乾燥接着剤組成物の前記層と接触させるステップと、を含み、
前記水系接着剤組成物が、
(i)水性媒体、
(ii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物、及び
(iii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上の官能性シラン化合物を含み、
前記イソシアネート化合物が、1つ以上の親水的に修飾されたイソシアネートトリマーを含み、前記親水的に修飾されたイソシアネートトリマーが以下の構造を有し、
前記水系接着剤組成物が、1つ以上のアクリルモノマーの重合単位を含む1つ以上の非ウレタンポリマーを更に含む、前記方法。
