(a)アクリル分散液を提供すること、
(b)エポキシ末端ポリエステルを提供すること、
(c)アクリル分散液とエポキシ末端ポリエステルを混合すること、
(d)前記(c)の混合物を水分散性イソシアネートと混合して接着剤組成物を形成すること、
(e)前記(d)の接着剤組成物を第1基材の表面にコーティングすること、
(f)第1基材上の接着剤組成物を乾燥させて水を除去すること、そして、
(g)第1基材の表面上の接着剤組成物を第2基材の表面と接触させ、それにより、第1基材を第2基材に積層すること、とを含む方法。
Claims (16)
- 水性接着剤組成物であって、
アクリル分散液、
アクリル分散液に組み込まれたエポキシ末端ポリエステル、及び、
水分散性イソシアネート、を含む組成物。 - 前記アクリル分散液が、アクリレートモノマー、メタクリレートモノマー、酸官能化モノマー、スチレンモノマー、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるモノマーから調製される、請求項1又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリレートモノマーが、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、グリシジルアクリレート、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1~2又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記メタクリレートモノマーが、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレート、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1~3又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記酸官能化モノマーが、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸、ホスホエチルメタクリレート、スチレンスルホン酸ナトリウム、アクリルアミド−メチル−プロパンスルホン酸、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1~4又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記エポキシ末端ポリエステルが以下の構造を有し、
式中、jが0〜5であり、−R2−が二価有機基であり、−R21−が二価アルキル基であり、−R22−が二価アルキル基である、請求項1~5又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。 - アクリル分散液が90~99.5重量%の範囲の量で存在し、エポキシ末端ポリエステルが0.5~10重量%の範囲の量で存在し、各々がアクリル分散液とエポキシ末端ポリエステルの総重量に基づいている、請求項1~6又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水分散性ポリイソシアネートが、トルエンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、それらの異性体、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1~7又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水分散性ポリイソシアネートが、脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、芳香族ポリイソシアネート、脂環式ポリイソシアネート、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1~8又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水分散性ポリイソシアネートが、脂肪族ポリイソシアネートである、請求項1~9又はそれ以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 触媒、消泡剤、レベリング剤、凝集剤、接着促進剤、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1~10又は以降の請求項のいずれかに記載の水性接着剤組成物。
- 第1基材を第2基材に積層する方法であって、
(a)アクリル分散液を提供すること、
(b)エポキシ末端ポリエステルを提供すること、
(c)アクリル分散液とエポキシ末端ポリエステルを混合すること、
(d)接着剤組成物を形成するために、前記(c)の混合物を水分散性イソシアネートと混合すること、
(e)前記(d)の接着剤組成物を第1基材の表面にコーティングすること、
(f)水を除去するために、第1基材上の接着剤組成物を乾燥させること、および
(g)第1基材の表面上の接着剤組成物を第2基材の表面と接触させ、それにより、第1基材を第2基材に積層すること、を含む方法。 - 前記(c)の混合物と水分散性イソシアネートとの混合が、混合物(c)の重量部の水分散性イソシアネートの重量部に対する混合比が100:5~100:1で行われる、請求項1~12又はそれ以降のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- エポキシ末端ポリエステルが以下の構造を有し、
式中、jが0〜5であり、―R2―が二価有機基であり、―R21―が二価アルキル基であり、―R22―が二価アルキル基である、請求項1~13又はそれ以降のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1~14又はそれ以降のいずれかの請求項に記載の水性接着剤組成物を含む積層構造。
- 請求項1~15又はそれ以降のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法に従って形成された積層構造。
