Claims (31)

  1. 高分子材料であって、前記高分子材料が、マトリクスポリマーを含む連続相を含有する熱可塑性組成物から形成され、さらにマイクロ包含添加剤およびナノ包含添加剤が前記連続相内に個別領域の形態で分散されており、前記高分子材料が第二のゾーンに隣接する第一のゾーンを画定し、前記第一のゾーンが前記第二のゾーンよりも大きな細孔容量を示すように、多孔質ネットワークが前記第一のゾーン内に形成される高分子材料。
  2. 前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の平均細孔容量が、約15%〜約80%/cmである、請求項1に記載の高分子材料。
  3. 前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の密度の、前記第二のゾーンの前記材料内の密度に対する比率が、約0.1〜約0.95である、および/または前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の密度が、約1.2g/cm 以下である請求項1または2に記載の高分子材料。
  4. 前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の水蒸気透過速度の、前記第二のゾーン内の前記材料の水蒸気透過速度に対する比率が、約0.1〜約0.95である、および/または前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の水蒸気透過速度が約500g/m −24時間以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  5. 前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の弾性係数の、前記第二のゾーンの前記材料内の弾性係数に対する比率が、約0.1〜約0.95である、および/または前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の弾性係数が約2400MPa以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  6. 前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料のノッチ付きシャルピー衝撃強度の、前記第二のゾーンの前記材料内のノッチ付きシャルピー衝撃強度に対する比率が、約0.1〜約0.95である、および/または前記第一のゾーン内のノッチ付きシャルピー衝撃強度が、約10kJ/m 以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  7. 前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の熱特性の、前記第二のゾーンの前記材料内の熱特性に対する比率が、約0.1〜約0.95である、および/または前記第一のゾーン内の熱特性が、約1000W/m K以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  8. 前記多孔質ネットワークが、約800ナノメートル以下の平均断面寸法を持つ複数のナノ細孔を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  9. 前記ナノ細孔が前記第一のゾーン内の前記材料の合計細孔容量の約20容量%以上を構成する、請求項に記載の高分子材料。
  10. 前記多孔質ネットワークがマイクロ細孔を含む、請求項に記載の高分子材料。
  11. 前記マイクロ細孔のアスペクト比が約1〜約30である、請求項10に記載の高分子材料。
  12. 前記連続相が、前記熱可塑性組成物の約60重量%〜約99重量%を構成する、および/または前記マイクロ包含添加剤が、前記連続相の重量に基づいて、前記組成物の約1重量%〜約30重量%を構成する、および/または前記ナノ包含添加剤が、前記連続相の重量に基づいて、前記組成物の約0.05重量%〜約20重量%を構成する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  13. 前記マトリクスポリマーがポリエステルまたはポリオレフィンを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  14. 前記ポリエステルが約0℃以上のガラス転移温度を持つ、請求項13に記載の高分子材料。
  15. 前記ポリエステルがポリ乳酸を含む、請求項13または14に記載の高分子材料。
  16. 前記マイクロ包含添加剤が高分子である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  17. 前記マイクロ包含添加剤がポリオレフィンを含む、請求項16に記載の高分子材料。
  18. 前記ポリオレフィンが、プロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン/α−オレフィン共重合体、エチレン/α−オレフィン共重合体、またはその組み合わせである、請求項17に記載の高分子材料。
  19. 前記マイクロ包含添加剤の溶解パラメータに対する前記マトリクスポリマーの溶解パラメータの比率が約0.5〜約1.5、前記マイクロ包含添加剤のメルトフローレートに対する前記マトリクスポリマーのメルトフローレートの比率が約0.2〜約8、および/または前記マイクロ包含添加剤のヤング弾性係数に対する前記マトリクスポリマーのヤング弾性係数の比率が約1〜約250である、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  20. 前記ナノ包含添加剤が高分子である、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  21. 前記ナノ包含添加剤が官能性ポリオレフィンである、請求項20に記載の高分子材料。
  22. 前記ナノ包含添加剤がポリエポキシドである、請求項20に記載の高分子材料。
  23. 前記熱可塑性組成物が相間修飾剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  24. 前記材料が、複数の第一のゾーン、複数の第二のゾーン、またはそれらの組み合わせを画定し、前記第一のゾーンの少なくとも一つが前記第二のゾーンの少なくとも一つに隣接している、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  25. 第二のゾーンが二つの第一のゾーンの間に位置付けられている、請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料。
  26. 請求項1〜25のいずれか一項に記載の高分子材料を形成するための方法であって、前記方法が、前記高分子材料の前記第一のゾーンを変形させて前記多孔質ネットワークを達成する工程を含む方法。
  27. 前記第二のゾーンが変形されない、請求項26に記載の方法。
  28. 前記第二のゾーンが前記第一のゾーンより小さな程度まで変形される、請求項26に記載の方法。
  29. 前記第二のゾーンが変形され、その後、熱処理を受ける、請求項26に記載の方法。
  30. 前記第一のゾーンが約−50℃〜約125℃、請求項26〜29のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
  31. 前記第一のゾーンが、前記マトリクスポリマーおよび/または前記マイクロ包含添加剤のガラス転移温度より少なくとも約10℃低い温度で変形される、請求項26〜30のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
