Claims (4)
- 油圧式ダンパ(3)、特に自動車サスペンションダンパであって、
チューブ(4)と、
チューブ(4)の内部に摺動可能に配置されると共に、チューブ(4)の端部に配置されるシールされたピストンロッドガイド(7)を通じてチューブの外部に案内されるピストンロッド(6)に取り付けられるピストンアッセンブリ(5)であって、作動液が充填されている反発チャンバ(8)が前記ピストンロッドガイド(7)と前記ピストンアッセンブリ(5)との間に形成されるピストンアッセンブリ(5)と、
追加バルブアッセンブリ(13)であって、作動液が充填されている圧縮チャンバ(9)が前記ピストンアッセンブリ(5)と前記追加バルブアッセンブリ(13)との間に形成される追加バルブアッセンブリ(13)と、
摺動可能パーティション(10)であって、作動液が充填されている追加補償チャンバ(14)が前記追加バルブアッセンブリ(13)と前記摺動可能パーティション(10)の一方の側との間に形成される摺動可能パーティション(10)と、
加圧される気体が充填され、前記摺動可能パーティション(10)の他方の側に形成されるガスチャンバ(11)と、
を備え、
前記ピストンアッセンブリ(5)は、ダンパの反発・圧縮ストロークの際に、それぞれ、前記反発チャンバ(8)と前記圧縮チャンバ(9)との間を行き来する作動液の流れを制御する反発バルブ(51)及び圧縮バルブ(52)を有し、
前記追加バルブアッセンブリ(13)は、ダンパのストロークサイクルの反発・圧縮部分の際に、それぞれ、前記追加補償チャンバ(14)と前記圧縮チャンバ(9)との間で行き来する作動液の流れを制御する反発バルブ(131)及び圧縮バルブ(132)を有する、
油圧式ダンパであって、
油圧式ダンパが追加チャンバアッセンブリ(15)を備え、前記追加チャンバアッセンブリ(15)の一方の端部が、摺動可能な前記ピストンアッセンブリ(5)、又は前記ピストンロッド(6)に、その圧縮側において取り付けられ、前記追加チャンバアッセンブリ(15)の他方の端部が前記追加バルブアッセンブリ(13)で終端しており、加圧される前記ガスチャンバ(11)及び前記追加補償チャンバ(14)は、前記追加チャンバアッセンブリ(15)の内部に配置され、前記摺動可能パーティション(10)によって分離されていることを特徴とする、

請求項1に記載の油圧式ダンパ。 - 前記追加チャンバアッセンブリ(15)は、好ましくは前記ピストンロッド(6)の端部にねじ込まれる、一様なボディー(151)を有する、
